Frankly, ideally located rental ( close to...everything:the sea, the beach, the town center, the port,..everything!) the rooms are large, bright, nickels! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, the kitchen is large and well equipped, finally everything is tip top! And Lise is really "present" to ensure the well-being of her tenants! In fact, you feel at home, and it's very nice!

Cozy and functional apartment 5 minutes from the walled city and the city center, making it a great asset. Once our vehicle was parked in the nearby parking lot, we were able to crisscross Concarneau. And for dinner in town, it's perfect. Note that if there are four of you, the upstairs bedroom is directly open to the floor below. We came as two couples, it didn't bother us at all but could be an inconvenience for some. Despite the proximity to the street, the windows insulate well from the noise, excellent! The bedding is very good, the towels are in sufficient number and the apartment was spotless on arrival. What can I say about the contact with our host? He was cordial and warm, heartfelt thanks to Cathy for her kindness and responsiveness. Another great place to remember in Concarneau!

We had a great week in Bénodet! We had considered beach and idleness but finally we hiked every day (cool weather) and we loved our beautiful discoveries between coastal trails, Polder, forest and marsh. The location of Françoise's studio is ideal, quiet and almost beachfront. The many amenities of the accommodation are modern and very useful. the sofa bed does the job perfectly. Special mention for the shower, of high quality. We will be back.

Éméline's accommodation is conveniently located for visiting the Crozon peninsula and going for a walk at Cap de la Chèvre. Everything is within walking distance (bar, restaurant, beach, supermarket... Private parking is a real plus! In the accommodation we did not want for anything, it was perfectly equipped. The mattress of the bed was a little hard for us but otherwise we enjoyed everything, thank you!

Very nice apartment in the center of Quimper but very quiet, free parking 5 minutes away, cathedral view, beautiful decor, very responsive host. Perfect for visiting Quimper and its surroundings.

Very well-located and very nice apartment, with its neat decor. We had a great stay to explore the city and its surroundings. The plus, the proximity to the foot of the accommodation, the coastal path to discover its beautiful white sand beaches. Beautiful walks to do.

Emmanuelle was at her best They picked me up from the station when I arrived that my train was 1 hour late. M provided a litter bin for my cat. First time I've enjoyed such an advantage.... I had everything I needed... The apartment is very nice. Very discreet neighbors. Everything is doable on foot I was forced to leave a little early for serious health reasons. No problem leaving the keys.. Thank you so much, I had a wonderful summer in Quimper

The apartment is great! Very well located (less than 5 minutes' walk to the Pointe de Mousterlin), well decorated and clean! Very comfortable bedding. We were able to visit the coast of Cornouaille from Pont-Aven to the Pointe de la Torche. Busy road but not noisy at night. Bonus: Anthony was there to welcome us when we arrived! We recommend it 100%!

We had a pleasant weekend at Hélène's. We were warmly welcomed with several welcome gifts (some of which came from his beautiful garden).
