Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

We had a pleasant stay at Mr. Hans's unit. The place was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Mr. Hans was a responsive and helpful host, always ready to assist and answer any questions we had. Although we experienced some confusion during check-in, he promptly guided us through the process. The unit is conveniently located near a mall with numerous dining options, and there's an Indomaret right downstairs where we could buy snacks. We also enjoyed breakfast at a nearby food stall. We appreciated the complimentary treats, the efficient air conditioning, and the hot shower. On our first night, we were startled by some knocking sounds after turning off the lights, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. The other residents in the building were friendly as well. Overall, the unit offered great value for the price. Thank you, Mr. Hans! :)

Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Early as a host and the apartment as a stay have been tremendous. Straightforward, quick and that her initial instructions had already covered everything you need so that things are seamless and you do not need to hassle with unnecessary questions during your stay. The place is as advertised, smells fresh and very clean, AC, fridge and amenities are working and listed in the listing. Overall it's a really worth to value as a place to stay for a short getaway 👍 will definitely rebook for future stays when I have business around the area.

Love the apartment and its location. Staff within the complex were always wearing a smile. Host was extremely helpful and responsive via the airbnb app. Water and dispenser provided. The unit overlooks a water body where children swim and people fish. It is a short and enjoyable walk to the entrance of apartment complex if you want to go to the mall next door. A few times the security on the grounds offered me a buggy ride to the entrance even though it’s really just a short walk. They would even help to stop the traffic for me to cross over to the mall. There is a small alfa mart right downstairs next to the lobby if you just want to grab some quick snacks. Also a japanese restaurant that i never went but looks bustling at night. B1 concierge is a place to hold and send packages if you need. I think they have a fridge? for if you order groceries. Host recommended a great and afforadble laundry service provider and they pick up from b1 too.

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. It boasts a very high level of accommodation and surroundings even in Jakarta. The swimming pool, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are all very good. A place I'd like to stay again next time.
