GuyRating, 5 stars62 months ago
We had a great stay here for one night. A great little tree house in the jungle. Amazing hosts, 2 lovely dogs and some great food cooked for us. There's a great place nearby too watch the sunset while overlooking Sigiriya and other mountains in the distance. Highly recommended!

My husband, my two children and I slept in a tree house with no walls in the middle of the jungle. It was our first stay in Sri Lanka and an amazing, unforgettable experience. The staff was very friendly. We loved everything. Thank you for hosting us.

Habarana Nature Loft

DeborahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We were picked up in Habarana with the Tuc Tuc. We spent 4 nights there and felt comfortable right from the beginning. From the balcony you have the feeling of being alone in the middle of the forest, although the nearest house is not far away. The concert of the forest at sunrise is indescribable! Only suitable for nature lovers! Good mosquito net available. Open air shower in the forest . The very simple kitchen of Marlon's wife can be used. If they are on site, they can prepare breakfast and dinner on request. Otherwise, self-catering is needed (unless the neighbors bring something by). Drinking water should always be brought with you enough. Channa and his wife look at the place when Marlon is not on site, they are super friendly! Channa also makes safaris in the adjacent national park. Marlon and his wife are extremely warm, helpful and accommodating. They have a lot to say and it's very interesting to talk to.

Our stay at Roshan‘s was great. Everything looked like in the pictures and the garden was even better! A really nice and friendly family! The location is a bit outside of town but we preferred this to the more touristic town. We would come again! Many thanks

Magical Tree House in Jungle next to Pidurangala

StevenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What can I say. Amazing 😁. This was the perfect place to spend the final couple of days of our holiday. The tree house was incredible and managed to be comfortable despite being open to the jungle. We were a bit concerned beforehand about the lack of aircon, as well as insects, but neither proved to be a problem and it was so atmospheric waking up to the sounds of the jungle all around. Breakfast and dinners were great, served promptly with friendly service. Be mindful to bring your own beers, etc with you if you want as alcohol is not available on site and it’s a bit of a trek back into the town. We were able to walk up Pidurangala Rock when we arrived to see the sunset - a really fun scramble up some rocks at the end for a magical experience at the top. We would highly recommend this place.

Treehouse for Family next to Pidurangala &Sigiriya

SebastianRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Back of Beyond was a really great treehouse in the middle of the jungle. The sounds of flora and fauna at night as well as days were impressive. Even the monkey tried to search one of our backpacks will always be a fun anecdote. The staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating. The location of the treehouse is perfect, you can walk to the Piduranga rock in 5 minutes. For Sigiriya I would recommend a tuktuk. All in all it was a beautiful experience that I will recommend anytime.

Family Tree House in a secluded jungle - Sigiriya

AdelineRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had an amazing jungle experience. The site is accessible by 4x4 on a track 6km from the main road, we were lucky to have met an elephant on the way! The hospitality of Nimalsiri and his team was very warm, they took care of us so that we did not miss anything. The cabins are just amazing, we slept in screens amidst the nocturnal sounds of animals. The environment is beautiful and the meals are excellent. Our kids will never forget their stay in the heart of the jungle.
