Apartment vacation rentals in Point Fortin

This couple in my opinion are super hosts. From initial contact to checking out they were helpful in every way. Excellent communication. The location is prime, a short walk to transportation, restaurants and supermarkets. Quiet secure facility. I felt safe and never worried for my safety. The apartment was simple but had all the amenities I needed. hot water shower, cold AC in the bedroom. Separate kitchen with every thing needed for meal preparation. My host offered to pick me up and drop me off for the standard taxi rate and in addition they connected me to a private rental car dealer. They were most helpful in every aspect of my stay. Also next door is a convenience store with necessities and a friendly neighbor. Probably the best airbnb you will find in the Couva Balmain area hands down. Highly recommend this place. 👌

Planning a visit to Trinidad? If so you definitely wants to stay at this location. Pasty is a great host, She made sure that we were comfortable and have all the necessary things will needed. She recommend a tour guide, he was very knowledgeable of the City and whats good to do. This is my place to stay, on my next visit to Trinidad.

The location was central and accessible to where family could meet us or from where we could get to where we needed to go (Penal, Debe, Gasparillo). Also close to a lot of restaurants so easy to get food delivered. The place is exactly as pictured. AC units in every room cooled the place to where it was very comfortable. When we walked in you could smell how clean the place was, which made a good first impression. First floor had the living room, kitchen, laundry room, one bedroom and one bathroom. Kitchen had basic necessities that you would need (although we did no cooking). The second floor had a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony, two other bedrooms (one had a balcony overlooking the pool) and those bedrooms shared a bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very spacious. The pool is very nice and big. My girls loved being able to enjoy it during the day or even in the afternoon after a long day out. The location is ideal and very quiet. Would stay again!

I loved the stay! Host were nice and responsive. It sucks the jacuzzi did not work but it is under construction. I did not like how far everything was and not walkable distance. But you can rent a car to fix that issue! Or, find a driver so you can get around more efficiently. Other than that the place was clean and nice. They provided pots and pans for cooking. They left ice for use (which was a plus) and they have towels in each room. The only thing you need to bring is wash cloth and toothpaste. They have soap already! Loved it regardless of everything else. Neighbors are friendly and the area is SAFE!!!!

Shalom was very responsive and pleasant. The home was clean, private and very comfortable. Lots of amenities for guests' convenience. Highly recommend for small family or two couples.

I booked both of Usha’s apartments for myself and my relatives (from UK and Canada) to be close by to some family we were visiting who live in Central Park/Couva. The apartments are perfectly located near to supermarkets, doubles stands, restaurants, a new gym and everything you might need- but tucked away from the main road so it’s nice and quiet. I went for early morning runs and found the area to be safe and calm, and everyone I met was friendly and would say hello on passing. The apartment compound has an electric gate, and the apartments themselves have both door locks and outer door padlocks too, we used them all of course but regardless we always felt safe and secure. Usha was a great host- warm, friendly, flexible and accommodating from start to finish- she gives you the space you need to enjoy your stay, but is available at a moments notice if you need anything. For those working anywhere near Couva, this is the perfect place. 10 minutes to the Point Lisas Industrial area, and a short walk to grocery stores and other shopping and restaurants. Very secure with a remote operated gate. Ample on site easy parking. Vashti is super nice and helpful. I will stay here every time I come to work in Trinidad.
