The apartment is in beautiful location. National footbal stadium and Ondrej Nepela Ice Hockey Arena from one side and Kuchajda lake from other side. City center is 20 minutes by walk or 5 minutes by car. You have a free parking for one car in the building. There are two big shopping centres by 5 minutes walk - Vivo and Central. On the ground floor from the street you have a grocery and drug store. Also there are three restaurants - sushi bar, steak house and italian food.

The apartment is located in the heart of Bratislava's Old Town, within a 5-minute walk of sightseeing, cultural events, dinner, or a stroll along the Danube riverside. Accessibility from the bus and train station is straightforward, with direct connections (10-15 min). The Bed is 160cm wide, and the Sofa Bed is 140cm wide. There are plenty of shops, cinemas and gyms available within the Eurovea complex.

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.
