It is not a Spa& Resort, it has very simple equipment, design from the era of early capitalism ( which can delight, because it is authentic, has a history) , but it has the soul and extraordinary power to relax people. The cottage is a perfect place to unwind in a quiet spot, surrounded by forests, meadows, and the lake. It's a place created for families with children and friends. The property is air conditioned. The cottage has a large terrace with barbecue facilities. The property has a recreational nook with a balloon and sauna, a playground, and a fire pit.

The house is located in the place of the former mill and has a private descent to the Słupia River. The advantage of the property is a spacious patio with lounge furniture, a garden gazebo, and a fire pit. There are numerous hiking and biking trails, lakes in the area. There is a possibility of kayaking under the house itself. You can hear the sound of the river from every property.
