I had such a great stay at this property. The location was perfect—tucked away from the noise and distractions, making it an ideal peaceful retreat. It felt like the perfect place to unplug and relax. The surroundings were beautiful and gave off a calm, cozy vibe. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly, which was a major highlight after long days of exploring and relaxing. The house was well-kept, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to recharge, this place is it. I’d absolutely come back again!

Le logement est exceptionnel dans un écrin de verdure loin de l’agitation urbaine. La ferme d’à coté ne cause absolument aucune nuisance. Les ânes sont très peu bruyants. La piscine est juste parfaite et les différents espaces dans le jardin sont très agréables. L’accès au logement est très chaotique, préférez un suv ou une voiture qui ne craint rien. This house is amazing! The view from the balcony is so beautiful you won’t believe. The house itself is gorgeous, an old style with lovely vintage furniture. And as for cleanliness, it’s completely spotless. The local area is so beautiful, truly one of the most incredible places in Europe. All the beds are very comfortable. Varja was a great host and put us in touch with local people to go on boat trips etc. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Wij zijn met een aantal vrienden op vakantie gegaan naar Montenegro. Dankzij het goedkope huis hadden we genoeg budget over om leuke uitjes te plannen, buiten de rustige omgeving waar het huis staat. Maar ook de dagen thuis waren genieten! De verkoeling van het zwembad, airco en ventilatoren waren erg fijn! Van het kampvuur met barbeque hebben we ook goed gebruik gemaakt. Omdat de meeste touristische trekpleisters wat verder weg waren, konden we onderweg genieten van het prachtige landschap van Montenegro vanuit de huurauto's. Onze leukste uitjes waren: Piva lake, Kotor (Baai) en Budva/Becici. Hans en Ronique waren een fijne gastheer en gastvrouw! Ze reageerden vlot op berichten en zetten alles op alles voor een comfortabel verblijf. Ook gaven ze duidelijke instructies voor het huis en een heleboel tips voor tijdens het verblijf.

Что хорошо: 1. Просторные уютные аппартаменты с двумя спальнями, салоном, балконом, прихожей, кухней и санузлом. Очень приятный дизайн интерьера. 2. Отличная частная стоянка, предоставленная хозяином. 2. Фантастический вид на озеро и горы из салона и с балкона. 3. Кухня позволяет приготовить все, что угодно. Есть индукционная одноконфорочная электроплита и объемный холодильник. Довелось варить и жарить, готовка прошла успешно. 4. Зоран (хозяин) мгновенно реагирует на запросы и решает возникающие проблемы. Исключительно ответственный и приятный человек. 5. Зоран владеет моторной деревянной лодкой для экскурсий по Скадарскому озеру. Категорически рекомендую воспользоватся его услугами. Клуб кинопутешествий отдыхает. 6. Расположение аппартаментов исключительно удобное. Несколько минут пешего хода до местных ресторанов, кафе, супермаркета. Это же касается автомобильных экскурсий в окрестностях озера, из Випразара можно достичь интересные места и достопримечательности на все 4 стороны.

This is an old village house, rented by villagers. They are friendly. They are sharing their homemade wine, homemade rakija, homegrown figs with you. It is 30 minutes away from Bar, Petrovac and Canj beaches, and Shkodra Lake. If you align your expectations about the house like we did, you will have a great stay with beautiful people

The location of the Airbnb was stunning and the owners of the farm invited us for a glass of wine as we had a great evening, finding familiar faces and stories so far away from home, if you wish to hear a story or two from locals this place is what you are looking for.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Milo was responsive and helped us organise having dinner and breakfast during our stay which was made by his mother and was delicious. His father was very welcoming and friendly. The views and surrounding scenery is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Maja nous a très bien accueilli malgré la réservation prise, de notre part, dans la journée. L'appartement a ete réalisé et décoré avec goût autant intérieur qu'extérieur. Maja a été de très bonnes recommandations quand aux restaurants aux alentours et nous a même réservé un tour sur le lac à l'horaire que nous souhaitions. Que du positif, je vous invite à y poser vos valises pour un jour ou plus.

My husband and I loved this place! The hosts were warm, kind and very helpfull when we had questions. The instructions to get there were very clear and the b&b was simply perfect. I slept very well, the view is incredible, and it is ideally located, close to the mountains, the beach, and the capital. We really recommend this great b&b, and their lovely hosts! :D

Sve je bilo perfektno! Kuca je na prelijepom mjestu, dvoriste fantasticno sa kosarkaskim terenom! Cistoca, urednost, tacnost, okolna priroda, staze za setnju, za svaku pohvalu! Domacin Jovan precizan, tacan, azuran, za sve sto je bilo potrebno je bio tu za nas! Sve preporuke!

Мы отдыхали вчетвером в этом уютном уединенном домике в окружении гор. При заселении задержались в дороге, приехали поздно, но по ориентирам быстро нашли, и Бильяна нас дождалась, не торопя в дороге 🤍 В первое утро были приятно удивлены комплиментом на завтрак в виде национальных продуктов, да и сам дом полон комплиментов 😊 Вечерами разжигали камин и согревались. Днем на улице готовили мясо на мангале и ели с видом на горы и на долгий закат. Вокруг тишина, до ближайших домиков и дорог - далеко. Мы были со своей собакой, спокойно отпускали гулять - вокруг ни машин ни собак. Мобильная сеть ловит, Wi-fi в доме есть. До Букумирского озера 20 минут на авто, до Колашина 30 минут. Бильяна - очень приятна в коммуникации, рекомендуем и её и дом!

We are delighted with the house away but 3 km from virpazar. Very quiet and perfectly equipped. Milo and his wife have were always good advice, thanks to them we dined in a very good restaurant on the water and could make a boat trip on the lake with confidence. Thank you for your welcome and all your advice allow us to spend a wonderful time t in your impeccable and charming cottage

We chose Milos' house to rest and recharge ourselves on the last two days of our Montenegro trip. The house is very clean and peaceful, as seen in the photos. There is everything you could possibly need in the house. Even though it was winter, it was warm inside the house. Milos had lit the fireplace for us before we arrived. He answered all our questions very quickly and helped us a lot with everything. Thank you again for everything. Hope to see you again.
