Condo vacation rentals in Podgorica Municipality

We stayed with Sreten for a week. It was a good accommodation. Thank you very much to the owner for the conditions created.

We only stayed at Mladen’s place for one night but it was exactly what we needed. Check in instructions were great— she thoughtfully sent us a video to help us locate her home. This was very helpful as we came late at night from the airport in a rental car. The home itself is well decorated, clean and spacious. Mladen’s father was so sweet to meet us so late at night and get us situated in the home too. We were also greeted by a very sweet cat named Bosco. Location is convenient and walkable to numerous super markets, shops and restaurants. Overall, great one night stay with very kind responsive air bnb host!

The apartment fully corresponds to the description. Cozy and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. Nice neighborhood, a lot of cafes and restaurants around, there are all the shops you need. The host has done all the necessary documents for us.

Bojan’s place is cosy, well-equipped, close to the city center and surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants. Shopping mall and supermarkets are also in the neighborhood. If you feel something is missing or need an input on Podgorica, he’ll surely help you find what you’re looking for.

Very nice place to stay in a good location. The city center is within walking distance. If you have any questions, someone was available at any time and service was absolutely in the foreground. For a month certainly not the cheapest place to stay, but the apartment was worth every euro. The storage of the vehicle in the enclosed underground car park is also very good. I would be happy to come back again.

This apartmant is comfortable and decorated with such taste it’s perfect size for couple and the little terrace is perfect, host was great there for every little inconvenience and such help with getting to know the city. Apartment is perfect for person with small children as well every neighborhood kid is so kind and understanding, neighborhood in all is so nice, storing clothes was not a problem at all there is big closet as well as shoe department big tv with a lot of channels in conclusion, this apartmant definitely changed my view of studio apartments i would recommend it to everyone and i will be back 100%

Comfortable apartment with a great view. Wi-Fi was good and stable. No issues with any of appliances

Vlado’s place is a cozy and charming apartment, perfect for those who enjoy nightlife and an active atmosphere. The balcony is especially lovely—you might find yourself not wanting to leave the apartment at all. The building itself is quite old but has been renovated, so it has both character and comfort. Located right in the center of Podgorica, the apartment is surrounded by bars and cafés, and the lively nightlife can be heard even late into the evening. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action, this is the right spot. We really enjoyed spending our day here. The main bus station is about a 20-minute walk away, and there are supermarkets and countless cafés and bars just around the corner. Thank you Vlado, you’re a great host!

Great communication

The apartment is brand new and in a brand new building. Everything was flawless. The landlord even went out of his way to provide us with free WiFi, although it was not advertised.

If we could give ana a 6/5 we would. She is extremely responsive and friendly. She waa helpful when it came to storing our luggages and was even nice enough to offer a super late check out since the apartment happen to be available the nexy day. It was of great help to us as we had a night flight to catch. Her place is clean, functional and simple. Some great food options nearby and on glovo. Not too far from the main bus station or the airport. A cab to the bus station and the airpprt should cost you 4.5 euros and 11 euros respectively. Despite not being in the city center, we found the walk doable and snacked on whatever food establishments on the way(ice cream, bars, cafes). The building the apartment is in is new and has a well functioning lift(great for our bulky luggages). Corridors are clean and we felt extremely safe. All in all, we definitely reccomend both Ana as a host and her place. Thank you Ana for making our stay in Podgorica so enjoyable ❤️

Arian was super nice. He responded very quickly and helped us right away. The apartment is centrally located, new and superbly equipped. We felt right at home. and had a good time in Podgorica.

The location of the house and what it offers is really nice. There was a large grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance and a gas station where you can get your needs for when the grocery store was closed, the house meets all your needs, and Ana hosted very well with her interest and quick answers to our questions, and it would be my first choice when I come back.

Everything good, would recomend

This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Podgorica. Mladena met us in person, although we were very delayed on the way, helped us check into the garage and showed us the apartment. Everything inside is very thoughtful, the host did a great job organizing the place. There is everything you need for long-term living, the Internet is fast enough for video calls and work. There are many restaurants nearby, very close to the center and the main attractions. Mladen left us a little surprise, for which I thank you. Of the disadvantages, we can only note that there is a bar under the apartment and sometimes there is noise and cigarette smoke from there. But the bar closes exactly at midnight, and it didn't cause us much trouble. We had a great week here and will definitely come back again, thank you!

We had a nice stay at Stefan's apartment! The apartment was clean and perfect for what we needed during our stay. The location of the apartment is convenient and located in a nice area. We highly recommend booking if you're looking for a place to stay while in Podgorica. :)

the house is far from the center on foot, but you can easily get there by car. The house was spotless and the heating system worked well

Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The apartment is great, spacious, clean and has everything you need. The hosts are the best! Would stay here again definitely!

We had a really nice time in Podgorica. Very good location. Shops, restaurants, walking area are close. You have everything you need in apartments. The host are really nice, kind, responsive and hospitable. Helped us to organize transfer and taxi. We can recommend this place.

It was nosy noisy in the night because the people upstairs celebrate a birthday but we told the guy rented the apartment for us and he talked to them and came to the place and did everything he could and they stopped the party and the noisy stopped.

I always choose Can's place when I visit Podgorica. The place is really quiet and cozy. It's located in the fresh building in 5-7 minutes walking to Big Fashion mall. There are many good cafés and restaurants around. Voli hypermarket in 3 minutes walking. In the apartment there is everything you need for a comfortable staying. Highly recommended!

Simple but effective! This was a great, clean & comfortable place to settle down in after a busy day. Quiet, but with great restaurants beneath. Especially attractive if you like to walk like I do (it is about 20 minutes from the train station). Maja was a lovely host, she even organised a taxi to take me to the airport on a cold, rainy morning which I really appreciated ☺️ Hvala Maja!
