Enjoy our fully refurbished historical home located in the heart of the coastal town of Rockport, Massachussetts. Perfect for couples or small families. This cozy basement unit offers a comfortable stay with with parking and a new kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer, Our unit features a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, The living space is tastefully decorated with a queen sofa bed. Walk to the beach, Bearskin neck, restaurants, Shalin Liu music center, art galleries and shops.

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

We Love our little “Salty Girl!”. She is a 2 bedrooms 1 bath family friendly open concept single family home with parking for 2 cars(max). The spacious deck off the back of the house has a table for 4-6 and a sectional outdoor sofa for enjoying the breeze and the sun! 3-5 minute walk to the beach or a 1 minute walk over the “The Basin” for the most unbelievable sunsets. Downtown Newburyport is a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride.
