Peaceful accommodation, as described and located in a small, very quiet subdivision. The garden is beautifully wooded and clean. The location allows you to shine in the surroundings of Perros Guirec and take very nice walks. Welcoming and caring host. Friendly stay with the family.

Franck was so welcoming and gave full instructions for everything we needed. He would always reply within minutes with any queries. The accommodation was beautiful and had the bonus of a swimming pool. Lovely quiet area. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

Very nice, well located and functional small accommodation. The garden is very nice, perfect for two with a dog. Be aware of three points to consider: staircase/ladder quite dangerous, swimming pool closed when we arrived, for large vehicles difficulty parking near the accommodation. We had a pleasant time in the accommodation, Jean-Pierre was pleasant and accessible thank you!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos: very pretty from the outside, located in a very quiet area, with a charming little garden. The interior was perfectly clean and had all the features mentioned in the listing. Kevin was very responsive, precise in his answers and particularly accommodating. Very warm hosting, the accommodation is perfect, very well-equipped and very conveniently located. The setting is beautiful and the hikes by the sea offer incredible landscapes. The pink granite coast is one of Brittany's gems. We highly recommend Estelle and Patrice's cottage.

I 100% recommend this accommodation, offering breathtaking views of the sea, a real haven of peace conducive to relaxation. Direct access to the sea and walk along the coastline. Comfort exceeds all our expectations: the bedding is extremely comfortable, the linens smell divinely good and the amenities are far beyond what we had imagined. Communication with our host Marie was excellent from booking to checkout. Marie and her husband and her little family welcomed us with great warmth and kindness.

We had a pleasant stay in the Penn ty. The setting is great, the place is very peaceful. The little birds singing, the garden where we could enjoy the barbecue and all the comforts you need. We came with our bikes and were able to take full advantage of them. The little blue binder made by Christophe is a wealth of information for finding activities to do on site. Finally we had a small problem with bedding, Nathalie and Christophe were super responsive and in less than an hour the problem was solved! In short, we will definitely come back!!!

We had a very short stay in Pascales lovely house. The rooms were spacious ,simple and decorated with many charming touches. The bathroom had a superb shower and hand hand basins and contained the apartments single toilet. The well equipped galley kitchen was downstairs everything else was up a short flight of stairs. The garden was lovely with an outside dining area . The house is set in woodland . We were five cyclists and there was ample covered space for our bicycles... We all wish to return for a longer visit .

We felt comfortable in the house. A little dusty here and there, but that was no problem for us. You had a beautiful view from the garden. The restaurants and stalls were within walking distance. The beaches in Erquy are beautiful. Communication with Xavier was very good. He always responded promptly.

3rd year that we spend our Easter holidays with friends in Yannick and Carole's house. This house is ideal for adults and kids. Close to the beach, hiking trails, etc. Everything comes together for a great stay! Don't hesitate to rent it...

Very good stay with friends in St Pol de Léon. Sleeping arrangements are high quality in all bedrooms and there are two bathrooms, which is very convenient for a large group. Communication with Fanny was very smooth as she is very responsive. The living room is not very large but the kitchen is well equipped. The center of St Pol de Léon is within walking distance which is much appreciated.

We had a pleasant stay. Large living room with games and books for children. Large kitchen, very popular. The kids enjoyed the garden. The coast of Plougrescant is very nice, beautiful walks. And we enjoyed the pink granite coast (Perros Guirec and Trégastel) a good half hour from the accommodation.
