Parking du Yaudet: GR 34 access, hiking loops 6 km and 8.5 km, Lannion is 4 km away and the pink granite coast is 15 minutes away.

Detached house with equipped kitchen, TV in living room and bedroom. Access to the bedroom by a staircase ( not accessible to people with disabilities) Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h,Trégastel and Trébeurden accessible, in 15 minutes by car, the entire coastline of Granit Rose to discover, it's just very beautiful. There is also the entire Port Blanc side, Plougrescant, the abyss. We don't work with the lockbox system.

HON TI-MOR, house renovated in 2023, 600 m from the beach of St Michel-en-Grève, Sentier des douaniers and its shops. Rentable for 2 people. The house accommodates family, friends, hikers... Located in a quiet village, ideal place for children. The House will be available for weekly rental from July to the end of August, the rest of the year 1 night is possible. for dogs, check with the owner for the conditions

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing within 50m, harbor cafe, restaurant, and the sale of fish live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years old.

Ideally located between land and sea, this house, fully restored in 2021, offers you the best conditions for a lovely family vacation. The sea and hiking trails (GR 34) are very close: 1.5 km from the Yaudet site, 6 km from the beaches of Locquémeau, 15 km from the pink granite coast (Trébeurden, Trégastel, Perros-Guirec …). 6 km from Lannion city center, 4 km from a shopping area.

At the end of the road, you will see a large stone house with white shutters. You've arrived! This is the perfect house for families or groups of friends (200 m2). It is a typical old Breton farmhouse that dates from the end of the 19th century. We completely renovated it while maintaining its character. Surrounded by fields and a wood, you can enjoy a large garden (2500 m2).
