Very good stay in Brest. Efficient accommodation for a single person or couple. Audrey is a very good host, responsive and clear.

The apartment was very welcoming and comfortable. I would have liked to stay longer, I felt good there! Karine gave me very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. Little gavottes were waiting for me for my arrival, it's nice!

We stayed there for four nights and felt very comfortable, very close to the beautiful beaches and quietly located in a side street, kitchen well equipped, everything great.

The apartment was perfect for us. It’s not new, but it’s been very well decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the apartment is spacious. Everything you might want was in the kitchen. Beautiful view, and great table to play games. Very close to numerous parks for walking the dog and playgrounds for the toddler. We had a small issue with the wifi to which Julio was extremely reactive; it was fixed quickly. The only downside I can think of is that the couch in the living room wasn’t very comfortable for two people, but this is very minor. We had a great stay and had a great opportunity to explore Brest!

Very well-located and very nice apartment, with its neat decor. We had a great stay to explore the city and its surroundings. The plus, the proximity to the foot of the accommodation, the coastal path to discover its beautiful white sand beaches. Beautiful walks to do.

this place was a great find for us as we were doing a tour of Brittany by bike. it is very clean and tidy, with an excellent shower and facilities. in general, very close to a lovely beach where we swam and Bertrand as a host was incredibly quick to respond and was always on hand to help as he actually lives next door. superb!

Sylvain's place is amazing. It feels good right away. Large living room, bathed in light, very nice. The bathroom is great. The terrace and garden complete everything, and offer a very nice exterior. The view of the harbor and its direct walking access through the garden are a real plus. We are a 10-minute walk from the city center of Morlaix. Thanks again to Sylvain for your kind attention. We will be back.
