Already the access to the stately iron gate and the subsequent driveway through the park-like grounds makes a guest expect a special welcome. This was completely fulfilled by the building complex. The location for activities in the area and also the possibility to get directly from the grounds of the house to the "mercenary paths" leading along the shore of the Atlantic is excellent. We can also recommend the accommodation due to the diverse leisure activities on site (heated pool, steam and oven sauna, fitness room, table tennis).

Florian and Nathalie were very clear in their instructions. I appreciated their responsiveness and flexibility for check-in and checkout in the accommodation. A small paper with recommendations was present in the accommodation, thank you for that! The accommodation is a little bit out of the way but it is still within walking distance of the center, and close to the cinema. In short, I recommend it, thanks to Florian and Nathalie!

Very well-located and very nice apartment, with its neat decor. We had a great stay to explore the city and its surroundings. The plus, the proximity to the foot of the accommodation, the coastal path to discover its beautiful white sand beaches. Beautiful walks to do.

Karine's property is fantastically located, just outside Concarneau, on a hill above the sea. The view is beautiful, the equipment of the apartment excellent, the sauna very relaxing and Karine is very easy to reach and very nice. We felt very comfortable.

Hi everyone, We were greeted with a big smile, very important. The apartment is brand new with all the comforts, very good bedding. on the ground floor, a large terrace. Close to shops that can be reached on foot and close to the sea.

We had a lovely weekend at this gite. The location is central for visiting the surroundings, while having shops nearby. Hosts are responsive, even anticipating some questions. Regarding the accommodation itself, it is as described and as shown in the photos. Well redone, bright, soberly decorated, very well equipped both for the interior and for the outdoor furniture and comfortable. The configuration with a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other, as well as the possibility of having a high chair and a crib, is ideal for families. Finally, parking is easy, and the environment is peaceful with a beautiful view from the terrace. An address to keep!

We really enjoyed our six nights at Gilbert and Noelle's. The house is spotless and very up to date. The garden was lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed. The instructions were clear once we translated them, since we only speak English and our hosts only spoke French. The location was great for exploring Cap Sizun. We would definitely rent again if we revisit the area.

Top-notch accommodation! No complaints, everyone can have their privacy with an bathroom in each of the rooms. The hot tub is a real plus, we are just a few minutes from the beach on foot. I highly recommend this place as well as Natalia who is very responsive and adaptable!

A wonderful stay at this small yellow house with all comforts and quality, ideally located. Everything was perfect. A bedroom that opens directly onto a small wooden terrace. The bed was fabulous! We slept very well. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a lovely week at Fabrice and Jennifer's cottage. The place is very quiet and relaxing and the cottage is very well-understood and functional. Perfect for a week with family with plenty of things to do nearby (beaches, GR34)!

Great stay in this beautiful house really close to the port of Guilvinec. The location is perfect for doing lots of things, especially on foot, with the proximity of the GR and shops nearby. The house is very well equipped and comfortable in addition to being tastefully decorated. The exteriors, the small stove and the fact that there are two bathrooms are really pluses. Additional mention for Alain who welcomed us on arrival and who saved us from a battery failure in our truck. Really very nice!!! Thanks again for this great stay

Pleasant stay, quiet close to the sea

Everything was perfect except for the parking which is a little far from the entrance to the building (about 100 meters). No possibility to access closer to the building (pedestrian zone).

We arrived by public transport to Port Aven and were picked up by car by the host's partner in continuous rain. The location is very quiet & easily accessible by car and also on foot with luggage, despite a small height difference. Parking is available right in front of the house. The apartment is very clean and above all very tastefully decorated. We loved the combination of old and restored furniture with modern pictures and furnishings, even small details found their place throughout the apartment. The furnishings are very versatile incl. Nespresso machine with capsules, milk, sugar, kettle with various teas, clothes rack, fan, iron and ironing board, etc. - Bathroom with rain shower and normal shower, various hand, body, bath and foot towels. - well-kept garden. missing: - two hooks for hanging or drying the hand and drying cloth - Reading light

A very nice little accommodation, perfect for a single person or couple. Very close to the sea. There are also lots of restaurants and activities nearby. There is a very handy welcome book that provides a lot of information about everything around :)
