Very beautiful house with nice amenities and a beautiful view of the harbor that you don't get tired of. Great location for hiking. The place is extremely quiet, you feel like you're alone in the world at the bottom of this cul-de-sac. The beach 5 min walk is a huge plus and all shops are 5-10 min drive away. The house is very original because of its slightly separate rooms but it is in no way disturbing because everything is well thought out. Alain always responds and gives great tips. If I had to give a downside, it's the pillows that are really very old and in poor condition. New sponges would also have been appreciated. But I shared this with Alain who I am sure will do what is necessary given his responsiveness.

A beautiful little house where it's good to have a peaceful stay. The small terrace is a plus. the decoration is very nice and the accommodation is very clean. perfect for 2 people.

A super welcoming host very serious and friendly was responsive and tolerant to our requests. We were guided and guided us. All hosts should be like this. I would highly recommend it if you want a nice and quiet place.

We stayed here for a week at the end of August and it was great. Having your own private pool is amazing, and the kids absolutely loved it. We also had our one year old spaniel with us who loved all the outdoor space. You need a car to get around but there was plenty of things to do. We did struggle to find beaches that allowed dogs (due to the time of the year) but to be honest we had the pool so we weren’t bothered. Ophelie and her husband were excellent hosts and were flexible and understanding with us with our late arrival and early departure. 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Monique is a very nice person who reassured me about the welcome she gave my daughter. If in the future my daughter had other days of internship to do nearby, we would be happy to book again with Monique who is very concerned about the people she hosts. We had a really perfect few days at this lovely place. The garden is beautiful and passionately maintained. The calm and serenity of the place seduced us. Thanks to Luc for his welcome and kindness as well as for his kind attention found in the fridge when we arrived. It's always nice! This is a beautiful property. It is more impressive in real life than the photos show. Architecturally it is a lovely blend of creativity and traditional design blended together, with many thoughtful touches. A nice stereo with a stack of cool old vinyl records, well stocked BBQ equipment, games consoles etc. It was also a great kitchen for cooking with a big 6-burner gas hob and two ovens, large fridge, blenders, hand mixers, every type of pot and pan, platters and bowls. The pool house is impeccably clean and easy to use. The water perfectly warm. The situation on the river is peaceful and very special. Pontrieux is a charming little town. The bakery and butcher is great, the Intermarché is a 10 minute walk, the character of the two main squares nice with good creperies, tabac and wine shop. We got involved in a local Fest Noz folk dance and people were very friendly and welcoming. Easy 25 minute drive to Paimpol and Ile de Brehat ferry. We recommend this place!

Pierre’s house is absolutely perfect for a couple looking to explore the Pink Granite coast. There is everything you could wish for in the house. Down the road, within a short walk, is a lovely beach with a small cafe, and there are countless beautiful places to visit within a short car ride. We would highly recommend this listing, and would hope to return ourselves at some later stage.

Very nice reception by Erwan's mother with a bouquet of flowers and a bundle of fresh garden herbs at the key handover. Fast and straightforward communication if you have any questions. Very nice house in a great location, in a very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Morgane's house which is very pleasant to live in and is an ideal starting point to discover the pink granite coast and the beginning of Finistere. The house is as described, quiet, with a very clear living room and allows access by car in a few minutes to the beaches and customs trails as well as the city center of Tregastel and Perros Guirec. We also took nice walks with our dog from the house. Morgane is a very nice, attentive and available host - thank you again, we will definitely be back!

All you have to do is put your suitcases at Coralie's to make sure you have a great stay. The accommodation is very well equipped (the tissue box and the rod cottons have failed us well). Special mention for large wine glasses and welcome treats that make you happy. The private parking spot is a plus. The location is great a short walk from the sea, hiking trails, restaurants, aquarium, pool. The last two were closed at this time but that didn't bother us because the weather was splendid so we enjoyed the seaside and this beautiful pink granite. Coralie does the cleaning at no additional cost which is rare too. Big thanks for everything!

Very nice house, located in a quiet area, clean and very warm interior decorated with care, beautiful garden; trees, plants and flowers in abundance thus offering pleasant privacy. House close to beaches and pink granite coasts. Warm welcome with small touches of local products, and the availability of many brochures relating to the various activities in the region. We highly recommend this house, which will allow you to have an unforgettable vacation.

What else can you say about this house, which not the other reviews already say. It is just perfect. A fantastic location, it has everything you need and much more. In addition, the equipment has taken place with a lot of love down to the last detail. You just notice that the landlords also live here themselves. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the sea, the beautiful walks, the calm, the accommodation. There were small shortcomings but quickly resolved. Otherwise everything was right for a pleasant holiday!
