Overall we are very happy with our stay and it's good value for money. The complex is great with heated pool and next to the large supermaket. Place itsef is on the basic and smaller side, but beds are comfortable and there is a nice little balcony to enjoy a meal. Wifi is a bit slow, if you are planning to work it might be a challenge, if you rely on a fast connection. The host is flexible and resonsive.

Stayed at Olga’s place for a week and would definitely recommend…the apartment was spotless with the added bonus of a large terrace with sun loungers which led straight onto the pool area. I was a single traveler and felt totally safe…the apartment is in a perfect location..out one gate on beach front, out the other gate and on the main drag…I will definitely be back

Apartment was great, would absolutely stay again, pool area is great with a small bar where you can get coffee, beers, and more as well as food. Over the whole week we were here never struggled to find sun beds for 4. Apartment contents were great, beach towels available, glasses, cups, and everything required for a great meal. Very good local amenities within 5 minutes. Bus stop and taxi rank 2 minute walk away. Location is great, vast majority of Playa de las Americas is within walking distance. The apartment complex is very secure, using key fobs and key pad gates. Only drawback is that the road outside can get busy and loud, but it’s very easy to close that out.

Everything was amazing , the place , the view . A lot to do in the area and very easily to get to the beach . The apartment was very nice , if you’re gonna come back for sure we ll stay there . Thank you very much for everything.

Perfect place to stay! We had a lovely holiday and Palm Mar is a great location. Benjamin was a great host with quick responses and Bea who checked us in when we arrived was lovely. Would 100% come back!

The apartment was an absolute delight! Away from busy area, it offers peace and privacy while still being close enough to everything you need. Parking space inside the residence 👌 The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the modern comforts anyone would expect. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, I enjoyed having meals on the terrace with view to spectacular sunsets. One of the highlights was the lovely pool area—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make me feel welcome, offering great local recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a true getaway with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect spot. I had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back!

Had a great 6 night break at PS3 in Marie's apartment. The apartment was lovely. Had great views and was wonderful to sleep with the windows open listening to the Atlantic Ocean.

Very nice stay! The place was clean, well appointed and exactly as described. Especially convenient was the car, which helped us a lot to explore the area flexibly. The location is quiet yet central enough for excursions. The host was very friendly and always easily accessible. Clear recommendation!

Very nice and large apartment in a quiet subdivision, well located on the west coast (car essential). The view from the terrace is beautiful, you can't get enough of it! Communication was very easy with Andréa, whom we thank for the beautiful stay she allowed us to spend in Tenerife:)

Absolurely perfect stay for our family. The heated pool a great bonus. Our daughter especially loved that. Palm-Mar is a lovely village too. Nixe restaurants and two shops that more than cover the basics.

The apartment is very well located in Santa Cruz facing a green park, and close to the pedestrian hyper-center for easy access to restaurants and bars. The recommended parking at €10 per day makes parking easy, it is also possible to park for free around the park. The accommodation is true to the listing, welcoming, comfortable and clean. The bedding is of good quality. Even though we didn't cook, the kitchen has everything you need to get by for a few days. There is also the minimum in the bathrooms (soap, micellar water, cotton) which is very nice in case of need. Finally, Betty was very clear and responsive in communication. The only downside, the disadvantage of the advantage of being in the center is therefore having the noise of traffic, but with earplugs, problem solved.

Very pretty and spacious apartment, quiet neighborhood. Appartment was well equipped, we had everything we needed. Big pool with not many people, good place to relax. Hosts easy to communicate and very flexible. Good to have a car for grocery shopping and traveling around the island.

One of the best apartments we've been in, Melissa, everything is easy with her, the arrival time, the instructions, the documentation, very good professional. The area, despite being in a very touristy area, the apartment is quiet, very well connected to all of Tenerife because it is next to the highway and in an area that has everything you need to buy, etc. Beaches, it has one very close to the apartment, although we took the car to tour the entire island, every day we went to a different area. The apartment, sparkling clean, in a very new building, with everything you need, such as kitchenware, towels, etc. As a plus, the heated pool and parking that saves your life if you rent a car. If you're thinking about it, don't hesitate to rent it!

We loved staying at Edoardo's place. The apartment was lovely and clean and contained everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all we required for a weeks self catering. The terrace is beautiful and spacious, including dining table and loungers and a great view of the pool. The pool was a lovely temperature and the pool bar/bistro is fantastic, great services and lovely food. We hired a car, so the gated access complex felt very secure so we had no worries about the car being safe. The location is quiet but plenty of restaurants in walking distance, the star being the sunset strip just at the end of the road, we ate at 3 of the restaurants (the tapas bar, the seafood restaurant and roca-negra (burgers/pizza) and all were gorgeous food. The highlight is watching the sunset from the veranda or lounging on the beanbags on the rocks, absolutely stunning!

Very nice apartment, great location, quiet, beautiful, the view from the window is not only of the ocean, but also of another Canarian island, there is always a place to park the car, and we did not meet any thieves. Although there is no air conditioning, the fan in the bedroom was a great help, communication with the hostess was also pleasant, in general I recommend to everyone

Dear Ana, Thank you for the warm personal welcome and the short room tour. We felt very comfortable, the bed was very cozy and the sound of the sea in the background fantastic. The view of the wild sea from the balcony was unique. There was a lot of food that could be used and Ana had also had a little sweet attention ready. A rental car is necessary because not much is within walking distance. A restaurant recommendation is Casa Magica in Boho style, not cheap but delicious. Thank you!

Very nice apartment in a luxurious and very well maintained and quiet residence. Very pleasant environment. My only disappointment is the jacuzzi, which I didn't use because of the water quality.

This was a very nice apartment. Well kept and clean with a clean gym and clean facilities overall. Location was good as it was not in the heart of the tourist areas but close enough in the car if we had to visit. beach is a rocky beach with a non sandy beach but was very scenic in appearance. Nice beach club near by. Communication was very good and quick. A little small for a family of 6 but was adaptable with the lounge sofa bed. Overall a good experience. Thank you

The place felt like a piece of paradise! It was very clean, well stocked up with everything you might need, and i can’t give enough praise for the views! Even though its an apartments in a shared house, we actually felt very comfortable and didn’t feel a lack of privacy. Eleazar was super responsive and gave so many recommendations which was great especially because the place is in a more residential area. For sure however you’ll need a car because there is no transport and it’s located right outside of Santa Cruz so if you’re looking for a vacation, not tourism, it’s a great place. 11/10 would recommend ⭐

Benedict's accommodation is a great place to stay. A restored old house that is centrally located in La Laguna. You can easily walk to the city's main dining and entertainment spots. Benedict gave clear information about the accommodation and recommendations for restaurants and was available if needed.

Great accommodation with an excellent shared area with a Jacuzzi and barbecue. The hosts are very friendly and helpful so that we had everything we needed.

Our stay was fantastic, we couldn't have asked for more, we really liked the privacy, the breathtaking view, and the view of the garden from the house. Silvio was a great host: he welcomed us, made us feel at home and responded promptly, always available. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from the start. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The area is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s under a flight path; the planes didn’t bother us at all. There’s a HyperDino supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We also ate at Lizzie’s Bistro a couple of times (about a 15-minute walk) — highly recommend it! The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and would definitely return!

First time to Tenerife! Property was beautiful and just as described. Walkable area with tons to do and many restaurants! Balcony space is large. Accommodation was well stocked. Only criticism is that towels/linens did not smell super clean. Property was otherwise clean.
