This Beachfront property consists of TWO individually furnished apartments (duplex) each unit has two bedrooms, one bathroom on over (1) acre directly on the BEACH! Relax in one of the hammocks and rejuvenate while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean and breathe in the fresh salt water air. Your group will fall in love with the privacy, serenity and peacefulness that our property offers. We are located on the Anasco Bay. Our Beach is swimmable and you can workout or walk for miles

This neighborhood offers an authentic local experience. The area has the charm of island life, which includes the occasional sound of a rooster, a dog and/or friendly neighbors.

The home has a full kitchen, dining area, living room and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all airconditioned, and two outdoor beach showers. The home is powered by solar energy. There is a 780-gallon water storage tank, a drinking water filtration system and water softener system. Hurricane shutters and door cover. We are also very "Pet friendly"

Entire upstairs level (1722sqft.) of a renovated house with private entrance. 4 Bedrooms (2 are en-suites) with 3 bathrooms total, large open living, dining, kitchen area. Peakaboo ocean views. One block from Tres Hermanos Beach entrance where you can walk for miles in each direction on beautiful sandy beach. Short drive, less than 5 minutes to Rincon. We have air conditioning in all bedrooms but not in the living area. There are ceiling fans and ocean breezes throughout.
