It had everything you need to live. The apartment looked like the pictures. We enjoyed watching the sunrise out of bed. The communication with Diana was simply fantastic, a loving and friendly manner. The only thing that bothered us was the fish restaurant under the apartment, where there was a smell in the apartment in the evening, with leaking windows. And a small heater was also too little for us, unfortunately the heating in the bathroom did not work. This is really complaining at the high level :-) Thank you for everything!

Fantastic apt. Well appointed and exceptionally clean. Plenty towels and bed linen provided. Lovely spacious balcony to enjoy the ambience during the day or evening. Air conditioning unit was super efficient . Close to all amenities with a fabulous view to the marina and beyond. Beach is a two minute stroll with Loads of lovely places to eat within walking distance. Safe, friendly , spotless , location. Juan , the host , was very professional and helpful with everything. Nothing was any trouble. Gave us a flexible check out time as we had a later flight and no other guests were visiting for 4 days Cannot fault anything whatsoever in this apt. It was exceptional. The photos on the website depict sheer accuracy Our stay here was magnificent Will most definitely stay here again. Thank you Juan !

We had an amazing holiday in San Javier thanks to the fantastic villa and the support and comms offered by the team at Resort Hosts. From the point of booking through to departure, the team were extremely responsive and assisted with several queries. However, it is the app that the Resort Hosts provide which took the experience to another level! Nearly everything we needed to know and lots more we hadn't thought of was within and helped with our expectations before we even left home! All in all, an amazing experience and holiday!

A lovely apartment, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The communication was excellent. We were able to access early in the day which was really helpful as we’d had a 6.30am flight. There are bars and shops nearby but a car is definitely recommended. I was concerned about some reviews from 2024 re noise from neighbours. We were out of season and the area was very quiet. Once other apartments filled up then you do hear noise from other apartments, but with marble floors it’s only to be expected. When we arrived we were concerned by the building site opposite. It was at times noisy but didn’t impact our holiday. There is a lot of renovation in the area.

The stay was great, the host was very helpful at all times, we felt right at home and that's worth a lot. Everything was very clean.

Excellent penthouse, just like the photos. Very easy to find and well-equipped. I would only improve the cleanliness since the furniture was full of dust which caused us allergies and the cleanliness of the bathrooms when entering can improve. Otherwise, a great penthouse...

When we arrived in San Pedro it turned out that due to renovation at the ground floor of the building we asked for a replacement. Amy responded kindly to out request and provided a beautiful flat in Santiago de la Ribera which had everything we could have asked for.

To start the host was fabulous, they agreed for an early check-in without issue. The villa was lovely, clean and spacious enough for 6 of us. There was lots of dining equipment, linen and towels available for use. The heated private pool is great for the kids and was a bonus being heated. The shared pool behind the villa is big enough for a great swim. The hot tub on the roof was clean and pre-heated to a great temperature. Walking to the local beach takes about 20 minutes where you can find a sandy beach, public toilets and lots of restaurants and shops. You can find a local Dia supermarket which takes a minute on their free to use electric scooters or bikes. 5 minutes if walking. Water pressure in the showers was great too! Overall a great, clean and tidy place to stay.
