We went to Colonia for a couple of days to see a recital in the Plaza de Toros and stayed in Ricardo, since the reservation Ricardo was made available to us. The house was spotless in a residential area very close to the place where we had to go, we arrived without problems at the house. And we moved around the city without problems. The comfort of the house is ideal for going with the family, if they have a vehicle they have a very comfortable place to store it. I would definitely recommend Ricardo's house, we will be back!!!

Andrea and Sam went far beyond what hosts are "required" to do, including helping us with a documentation task that had nothing to do with the stay, and buying bus tickets to Montevideo. We shall long remember this sojourn with fondness and gratitude! And, we'll stay in touch, truly!

Miguel is very kind and attentive. We went with our dogs and enjoyed it to the fullest. The house is very well equipped with all amenities. There are several roads and trails on the property that end in a creek. Really an enjoyment of tranquility, native mountain and birds. Mix the rural with the beach allowing you to charge energy.

Everything is excellent! The place exceeds expectations, is fully equipped and fits the description perfectly. It is ideal for a few days of rest and disconnection because it is a very quiet environment. Impeccable attention as well. Definitely highly recommended.

Very comfortable apartment with everything you need for your stay. The building is also excellent, the pool is very good. Sol excellent host, welcomed us and always communicated very quickly. Safe and quiet neighborhood, quite close to downtown. I would return.

Spacious single environment, comfortable, beautiful view. Super enjoyable pools and jacuzzi. The place has a restaurant, gym,sauna, bike rental, which although we do not use them, add up for an excellent stay. Would love to come back.

The house is relatably wonderful. Located in the historic helmet, it is nevertheless super quiet and quiet at night. And by day, ideal for touring any part of the colony on foot. Surrounded by bars, subtaruantes and everything you need for a good stay. It is extremely comfortable, with a beautiful patio, spacious rooms and a very warm and cozy kitchen. Very enjoyable experience to go with family. A very large country house with a spectacular setting too, close to the beach and very nice views. The house is tidy and well-stocked.

It is a nice little cabin. Good mattresses! very important. Clean, spotless. It's clear the cabin is made with lots of love. ❤️ In every detail. It is a nice cabin, good mattresses ( very important) it is evident that they are of good quality. It was fine🧽, clearly the owners prepared it with lots of love. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is nice to stay in a place, in which you can see the effort of its owners, so that their guests feel comfortable.

Very relaxing to sit around the pool, or to have a friendly game at the pool table. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room very comfortable. It was about a ten minute walk to the main commercial area, then another few minutes to the historic district.

Lovely place with an indoor fireplace

We had a wonderful time!!! The house has everything you need and is very comfortable, it was very clean and tidy. It has a double bed in one of the rooms and in the other it has a bunk bed with a sailor (3 beds), and in the living room it has a sailor armchair bed too (2 beds). It has a beautiful garden in front, well-kept and enjoyable. Very good location, it is 2 blocks from the beach which is like a paradise among the trees, a store just around the corner, 2 blocks away there is also a park with games for children and a tennis court, soccer. The area is super quiet and safe, beautiful houses and gardens, the resort is very wooded and picturesque, good for resting and clearing your mind. Thank you for everything Federico and Laura!! We'll be back!!
