A spacious place, with a very good family atmosphere, ideal for vacationing and relaxing with everything you need from the house

The house exceeded my expectations: it is bigger than I imagined, it was very clean and well arranged when I arrived. In addition, access to the place was quick and easy, which is greatly appreciated after a trip. We had a couple of minor problems: the refrigerator did not work, but Humberto warned me a day in advance and was thoughtful enough to leave me a cooler with ice, which was very useful since I had food and drinks. There was also a problem with the kitchen gas, but when I contacted him, he fixed it quickly. The place in general is very nice and clean. The common pool is kept in excellent condition, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Although the house is not right on the ocean, it is a few meters away, which is quite convenient. It was a good experience and I would definitely consider coming back.

The place is very clean and nice, the area where it is located has easy access to get there, I recommend that you visit it, you will love it.

The stay here was magnificent! Right on the beach! It’s up and coming with the local town! Surf city 2 about a 2 hr drive away. Locals are friendly and very respectful! Rubidia, grounds keeper, was amazing as well! Would for sure stay there again!

The property features stunning views and a private area, with the house being well-maintained and orderly. A resident is present on the premises at all times, providing assistance whenever needed. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we would certainly consider booking this location again in the future.

Very nice house, everything is cozy, the downside is that the use of the shared pool with other houses, although it was very clean, until I was there I read that it was part of a condominium and was shared with other people...because of the privacy that one seeks, but everything else was more than perfect.

The staff, especially Mr. Enmanuel, attended to us 10/10. The place is accessible right in front of the beach and has a screen, bar (although they close it early) and restaurant with three times of food. It's a place I'd definitely go back to.

Lovely with the place, we had a great time with my family, I had everything you need, safe and the service is very good, due to everything we needed, very well cared for recreational areas, a beautiful beach and the adequate and equipped facilities. It's close to several very good restaurants,! We hope to return and enjoy again! Highly recommended.

The ranch is big with a beautiful view. There is a private beach and the people who care for the home are the sweetest couple. The road to the ranch is very rocky so make sure your tires are good and also make sure that the water in the shower isn’t salt water before using..

Gorgeous place to stay at! Husband and I fell in love with the view of the beach! Everybody is very friendly and helpful! Food are drinks are great! Definitely will go back! ☺️

We did enjoy our time in the beach, the house just ocean front I can hear the ocean waves , while we enjoy our breakfast . Really nice place .really peaceful .

Excellent place I would go with my family again

My family felt like they had found the perfect spot to end our stay in El Salvador. Everyone relaxed at n the breeze that flowed though the area and house. Luis and Loyda were so kind and helpful. They even helped us find excellent fresh cooked fish and rice when we went on into the mangroves. They were excited that we may someday return. Hopefully that is something that will happen. Thank you so much for a lovey open and spacious stay with an amazing host and caretakers of the land.

Orlando always communicated immediately and was flexible with check-in. This was very important for us because we were able to explore Cuco Beach and other nearby beaches. The rooms are very comfortable, and it's a great place to rest and recharge.

I had to cut my stay at Juan’s place short due to unforeseen circumstances and was highly satisfied with the way Juan handled the situation as an AirBnB host. The house itself features 3 decent sized rooms and a large kitchen/living room area. I also loved the neighborhood and its surroundings, the beach is literally down the street from Juan’s place. Good restaurants are a short walk away as well. Overall I’d say this place will suit those who like to be out and about all day and have a nice place to rest at end of the night.

Maybe 1 minute walk to water. Lots of shops and restaurants in plaza area. Suggest driving to it. Parking hard to find. Lots of construction going on in plaza. Nice place. Would recommend.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful ranch in Playa El Cuco! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel instantly at home. The property is spacious, clean, and surrounded by stunning natural beauty — palm trees, open fields. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature and spending our evenings watching the sunset from the porch. The house itself is well-equipped and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. This is a front beach property , and it’s one of the most serene, unspoiled stretches of sand we’ve ever seen. The host was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Whether you’re looking to disconnect from the noise of everyday life or explore the hidden beauty of El Salvador, this ranch is the perfect place to do it. Highly recommend — we can’t wait

Very nice, comfortable and private, Juli the manager of the Airbnb, excellent and attentive service, she gave us the necessary privacy but was always attentive and available to solve or help with any concerns, it really is a very cozy, spacious and well-distributed place, just keep in mind that the pool is not for children, it is quite deep, we had a great time with my family, highly recommended!

A really nice and tidy place to spend with the family. I especially liked the privacy of the place and also that they were always available in case we needed anything. The beach is very close to the ranch.
