The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

Brand new Apartments 2024 with all new furniture, kitchen stuff, coffee machine and everything you need. There is a swimming pool inside the building, where you can enjoy your sunny day. Our apartments located just 4 minutes walk to the central beach in Torrevieja ( Playa del Cura) and 2 minutes walk to the city center. Also it is only 9 minutes walk from main bus station where the buses come from Alicante. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and parks near the apartments.

Our cosy 90m2 flat is located in Torrevieja (Alicante), on the beachfront. The flat is on the 9th floor, so you will have great views of the Playa del Cura, which is only 150m away! Supermarket at 200m, the port at 2,5km, city centre at 10 minutes by car. The accommodation is in a quiet area, but full of bars and restaurants. You can't ask for more! With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.

For an amazing vacation I offer you this beautiful and cozy design studio. Su 22m2 has everything you need to live in comfort. The bed is 150cm. The well equipped kitchen is well equipped. There is air conditioning cold/heat. The dining area has a nice partial ocean view where its proximity is 35 meters from the glazed balcony. On the rooftop there is a communal area to tender. Also from 15.06 to 15.09 the pool with panoramic sea view is available!
