Great location. Walking distance to old town Marbella and the seafront with lots of restaurant choices close by. Had a lovely private outdoor area which we used a lot. Friendly and very helpful host!

We had a great stay at the villa. There was plenty of space for everyone, we loved the pool and surrounding areas. Gardens were well maintained. Hosts very attentive. All round fantastic stay. Thanks again for making us feel welcome.

We came here on a girls holiday the 7 of us. The location was perfect and in the middle of everything so all the popular hot spots were at our doorstep. The villa was beautiful as well, was the perfect place for a girls trip. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic place, met all our expectations on how amazing it looked in the photos. Was very helpful with checking in and out and was fast at replying when we had any questions. Location is great, only a minutes walk to the beach and close to the marina. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a great holiday in this well presented and well appointed villa. The property is very much as you see on the photos - smart, modern and spotlessly clean. The location is also great - in the heart of the Marbesa urbanization, with easy access to the beach and all of its lovely restaurants. Comms were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended, and would definitely return.

We stayed for 2 weeks with my family and had a lovely stay. The house is very comfy and spacious, and has been recently re-fit. It was all as described in the pictures. The garden and the common areas are well groomed. We would stay again if we were to travel again to the same area.

We spent 4 weeks in this great new, modern villa with huge heated pool. First 2 weeks only my husband and I - enjoying the house, sightseing and playing golf; then 2 weeks with our daughter and family. Our 3 grandsons spent half the day in the super pool, we had a great barbecue (Weber grill), went to Old Town Marbella, to Mijas, to our favorite beach restaurant La Plage Casanis ... and had a great family time in this perfect home. Thank you Karsten and Nicola for a wonderful vacation!

What a find! We have had the best few days staying in the most peaceful but accessible location. The kids absolutely loved the pool, this ment we could relax and not have to constantly watch the them as it was so well set up. The Villa is all you need for a home from home feel, so clean and well maintained. Only a short distance from a lovely seaside town for dinners out and the other direction the busy town if your looking for more amenities. The beautiful mountain town of Mijas is also a short drive, well worth a visit. Thanks Abe we had a wonderful stay and look forward to seeing you in the future.

A great place, we really enjoyed our time at the villa, we were comfortable and happy to spend time there. The music sound system was great along with the garden, hammock and the hot tub and fantastic sea views. The house itself had everything we would have wanted and was clean and everything worked well.

Really enjoyed our stay, Anis was very accommodating. The apartment was very clean and tidy and looked exactly like the pictures, will be returning.

We had a fabulous time at the apartment in May. The host was really helpful, proactive and everything we needed was at hand. The apartment has a great location, close to all important amenities and the beach and it was tidy and clean. Would happily come back again 😊

We had an amazing time, stunning property, fabulous pool. The kitchen has everything you need, plenty of outside space. Secluded garden with a view of the sea in the distance, shops and towns anywhere from 10 -20 minutes away by car. We came to relax and unwind and it was the perfect place for family time. The host Dirk is excellent, helpful, immediate response to any question. The house has everything you need and more. We didn’t want to leave.

Wow 🤩 What an incredible stay we had at this stunning townhouse in Marbella!! The townhouse was beautifully decorated and very comfortable - the jacuzzi bath was an added bonus! The outdoor space was perfect for chilling in the sunshine and having an afternoon BBQ. The grounds around the townhouse were immaculate and so peaceful. Most days we were the only people around the pool!! The townhouse is within walking distance to the beach (roughly 30 minutes) or you can also get an Uber which is much quicker. Puerto Banus is also a short Uber away from the townhouse and is definitely worth a visit!

My family and I (7 of us) stayed at Andreas rental and we loved it, it was very spacious, clean, and homey. Andreas was awesome at communication and guiding us as needed. The place is beautiful and beds are comfy. Awesome price for what you get. 5 stars.

Thank you, Ian ! Everything was great! The apartment was clean and has 2 terraces with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was dotated with everything you need: coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine , oven. Tha bathrooms , one big and one smaller with hair dryer. Comfortable bad mattress. Even though there are terraces downstairs, you can't hear the noise from the apartment. We was with our daughter and she sleeps very well. Close to the beach, only 3-5 min walking. We will return here soon!

The accommodation was amazing, it looked just as good as the photos were. The description of the place fits perfect and guests in the other suits were all very friendly so we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting the area.

This apartment was a real gem. Bright, spacious, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. Everything was spotless and carefully prepared when I arrived. The neighborhood is peaceful and very well connected. What I liked the most was being minutes from the beach and being able to see the sunset at the first beach bar (chiringiuito) and having all these cafes and shops nearby. The hosts are very nice and easy to contact throughout the stay, which made the experience smooth. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches as well as the local recommendations. Probably the best place I've ever stayed at. It's a bit steep. The views are probably the best I've ever seen. Jan was very responsive whenever we needed help!! 😊

Beautiful apartment! Really helpful hosts, easy check in. Can be noisy at night due to being so close to bars/restaurants but conveniently placed for going out, beach, buses and taxis to Marbella and beyond.
