The apartment is great, as shown in the photos and description. It is very close to the main avenue. Guillermo is very kind, he was always available for anything we needed. He bought a microwave for convenience and changed our towels a few days after we stayed. Thank you very much for everything!!!

Excellent apartment within easy walking distance of everything Costa Teguise has to offer. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

a great apartment where you can feel at home, private, in a quiet neighborhood. if you listen, you can hear the sound of waves. in the area a lot of people sailing and cheering. unobstructed atmosphere, completely relaxed. the car can be parked along the streets and most often there are free spaces right outside the door to the apartment, which is very convenient if you move things from the car to the apartment. it is great to use the washing machine, but please save water, which is very expensive on the islands. the apartment is atmospheric, there are plenty of candles that can be lit to relax and enjoy the moment. it is very nice, save the light and enjoy the privacy of this apartment. it is very comfortable, great equipment, clean and quiet. in the window of the bedroom there are blinds that allow you to open the window and be invisible, and also to shield from insects. it happens, but it is the Canary Islands, so please keep this in mind in every place. very comfortable bed!

David was the perfect host from start of booking to end, any messages responded to immediately. We messaged when we were left airport and he was there to greet us on arrival. We were supplied with bottled drinking water for duration of our stay. The apartment location is perfect, couple minutes beach one way and 5 mins town other direction. We don't use cooking facilities when on holiday, apart from tea and coffee but I m sure there was everything needed in there. Apartment was like shown on photos, very comfortable and very quiet. Even though David lived on site we didn't see him but knew he was there if needed There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The only negative about this holiday was the weather!! out of David's control . It was very windy and very cold in evenings, but wrapped up in jackets didn't stop us getting out and about. The apartment was cleaned midway through with clean bedding and towels. We will definitely go back to David's place.

The stay went perfectly! The accommodation is impeccable, very well-equipped and as described. The pool, right by the accommodation, is a real plus: what a pleasure to be able to swim there at any time of day! The waterfront terrace is ideal for enjoying outdoor dining in a relaxing setting. A big thank you for this exceptional stay, especially at this price. We'll be happy to go back!

A lovely quiet location, with a private pool. Well within walking distance of everything. From shopping for provisions to bars and restaurants, all is there if you dont mind a little walking The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place if you like a little peace and quiet with the bonus of your own pool 5 yards from your front door.

We had a lovely stay at Regina's accommodation. The flat is close to all local bars, restaurants and amenities. Regina was very proactive in messaging us with clear instructions and a handy list of recommended bars/restaurants which was very useful. Access to the private pool was useful and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect apartment for what we paid, exceptionally clean, nice private little garden, perfect location. This apartment had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. If I was to be picky, I would say it could do with some blinds/curtains in the kitchen and dining area, it’s quite overlooked but not necessary in a bad way, it’s just that the curtains would offer more privacy should you want it, although this wouldn’t put me off returning. Overall nothing to complain about from us, we had a very enjoyable break. Ellin was very responsive and a really friendly/accommodating host. Would recommend and we would certainly return. We loved our stay. The apartment complex was so private, safe and in a great location. Bus stop right outside and many restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and on the bus. Beky who checked us in couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was so fresh and clean and the pool was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend and would visit again.

Adrian's communication was excellent, swift & very friendly. The apartment location was excellent. We stayed for 5 wks & found the place to be very spacious, convenient and quiet. The bedroom ceiling fans (not the ones in the photos) were the best we have every seen - so, so, quiet and super efficient! The pool has 10 sunbeds, although 8 are broken but still usable. The single bed nearest to the window squeaked every time you move which was annoying - perhaps the bolts just need tightening. The main bed was super comfy! We felt a couple of other maintenance issues needed addressing (smoke alarm in a drawer and not the ceiling, Safe deposit still broken, wall plug behind the fan in the lounge wasn't secured securely, the balcony outside door handle has obviously been repaired before; its just comes away in your hand now). Mercadona online delivery to the front door & their website is in English-superb. Anthon car hire around the corner is excellent & no deposit! Thxs Adrian

Very clean, very modern and well-maintained accommodation with all the comforts possible. Same for the garden (incredible) and the clean and modern jacuzzi. I recommend it 200% The only negative point is that the listing does not specify that the accommodation is in the owners' garden and that their windows overlook the studio and the jacuzzi. In terms of privacy, I've seen better. But otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

The apartment was lovely and clean. Luca met us at the airport, as he offered a transfer service. So he took us straight to the apartment and showed us everything, gave us recommendations for restaurants, activities and showed us where to shop. We had a lovely relaxed stay and the wine in the fridge was a lovely touch.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Puerto Del Carmen! It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and very convenient for exploring the rest of the island. Communication with Naomi was smooth and responsive, both before and during our stay. We especially enjoyed the terrace with the jacuzzi and beautiful sea view—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!

Apt 01 is lovely, clean, modern and secure, the gated apartment is within a gated community, furnished with all you need to a high specification a place that feels more like a home than a holiday let. The bed was extremely comfortable, showers great and the WiFi the best I've experienced in the Canaries. The terrace with sunbeds, sofas and of course the hot tub was a lovely place to relax. Within a short stroll is a Supermarket, lovely Restaurant, Car Hire and a Farmacia. It is on a hill which gives the views 5 mins walk to harbour, 10 mins to nearest beach and 15 mins to strip, maybe a bit longer coming back up. We were there Monday till Saturday only noise heard was from the Disco below on the Friday night, low level thud of the beat wouldn't wake you but can be heard if awake hence the discount. Was a great stay and great value for money.

We had a lovely time in David's amazing place and beautiful garden. It was the perfect choice for our 4 year old's first holiday. He loved the rich wildlife in the garden and will fondly miss Lua the puppy and Suzie the tortoise. The apartment itself is cosy and well presented, and contained lots of useful equipment to improve our time at the beach. David is a great host who gives space to his guests but is always there to help if you need a hand. Haría is a great place to be based and, without a car, we utilised the bus network to access destinations across the North. We look forward to hopefully returning in the near future!

The unit is amazing. Everything was very clean and well cared for. In addition, it was very spacious and spacious, with all kinds of amenities. Communication with Natalia was very easy and she went out of her way to meet our requests. The location is excellent, in the heart of the leisure of Corralejo, although in a quiet street to be able to rest without a problem. The only thing a little more complicated is parking, but with a little patience and going around the surrounding streets it was achieved without a problem. I would definitely repeat.

Simone is a great host ! We found the apartment to be clean , comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It was ideal for our month long stay . We never used the jacuzzi but it had a good shower . The separate laundry area worked well . The surrounding area is residential which means it has easy access to less expensive supermarkets. The harbour is within easy reach and as are some good local restaurants. There is easy access to beautiful walks, idyllic scenery and great bars /restaurants/live music . Simone goes out of his way to make sure that everything is as it should be . Many thanks.
