Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Playa de las Américas

We had a lovely time time, we took our 3 children and there was plenty of space, they loved the dipping pool. It only took 10 mins to walk to Siam Park and the mall is at the bottom of the road which has a supermarket. Everything was as described and the views are amazing. When we come back to Tenerife we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, we had a great stay.

Stayed 10 nights in Casa Nueva. The villas are centrally located in a peaceful quiet area, but close to all amenities of costa adeje. Its an excellent location for exploring the island we visited most areas of the South of tenerife, tiede and santa de cruz. The villas are huge we loved the feel of the casa nueva with its traditional decor but modern appliances. There are loads of seating areas to eat and relax. The villas are well equipped with everything that you would need. The villas are spotless and the housemaids were friendly and attentive. Check-in was very easy and Ruth provided us with all the necessary information and answered any questions. The outside space was lovely with beautiful plants and palm trees. The pool was never crowded and is heated and was cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a great experience in casa nueva, peaceful and central location, cleanliness, space available in and outdoor and the staff made this a perfect holiday. Hopefully return soon.

We absolutely loved this house! So much bigger than the pictures suggest and the two outside areas are massive. Great spot about 30 mins from beach, the house had everything we needed with 5 teenagers in tow and the pool and pool area was pristine with beautiful views. We would highly recommend this for a family holiday, much better than a hotel or apartment, great supermarket and restaurants a 15 minute walk away and Ailyn is so lovely and helpful.

We liked the apartment very much and we felt like at home. There was everything what we needed. We went there with 9 months twins and there were even some toys for them. The host was helpful. The apartment is on a hill, but it was ok for us. The view from the balcony on the second flor was amazing. There is a terrace on the first flor, but we didn't spent much time there, because there was a neighbor who smoked very often. In general we are happy with our stay.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The property was clean, well maintained, modern, great facilities and as described. There was clear communication of how to check in, and the flexibility of adjusting our check out time to accommodate our later flight was really appreciated. Nothing was to much trouble from the host & any questions we had regarding local information was replied to quickly & very informative. Would definitely recommend this property & host, thank you so much for making our stay so easy🙂

Pedro’s place was pristine and appropriately furnished, Eating outdoor was wonderful in the private terraced area. As Abades is a dream place for diving, we found the outdoor shower a real plus to clean up and keep the gear safe to dry. The Large TV was great to watch movies in the evenings. We had a brilliant, care free, relaxing time at Pedro’s place with my sons, 2 teenagers/young adults that are not confident swimmers and gently started to enjoy outdoor activity and discovered snorkelling. Pedro was very responsive, chilled and caring… He was flexible with check out times which helped us with plane times on the last day. Recommended!

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Gorąco polecam apartament dla rodziny 2+2. Apartament był wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzenowalismy. Wspaniały widok na ocean z balkonu. Jedyny minus, to taki, że niestety nie było gdzie zaparkować w najblizszej okolicy, a mieliśmy samochód. Apartament położony na górce, żeby zejść do plaży trzeba pokonać sporą liczbę schodów.

Overall we are very happy with our stay and it's good value for money. The complex is great with heated pool and next to the large supermaket. Place itsef is on the basic and smaller side, but beds are comfortable and there is a nice little balcony to enjoy a meal. Wifi is a bit slow, if you are planning to work it might be a challenge, if you rely on a fast connection. The host is flexible and resonsive.

Ich weiß garnicht so genau was ich sagen soll, die Unterkunft war für meinen ein wöchigen Aufenthalt perfekt. Am ersten Abend wurde ich super höflich empfangen und sogar zu meinen Freunden in den nächsten Ort transportiert.😀 Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden, es war sauber, warmes Wasser, es gab eine Waschmaschine, es war sehr ruhig und optimal gelegen. Um es genauer zu sagen : Wenn ich bald nach Teneriffa auswandere würde ich mir persönlich genau eine wie diese Wünschen! „Feels like Home“ Danke Andrew

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement in Magnolia La Caleta. Vanaf het begin zorgden host Olga en haar familie voor een warm en hartelijk ontvangst, wat ons verblijf extra speciaal maakte. Het appartement zelf is ruim, netjes en zeer schoon. Het voelde echt als een tweede thuis. Het grote terras was een van onze favoriete plekken om te ontspannen, ideaal voor ontbijt in de ochtend of een drankje in de avond. De faciliteiten in het complex zijn uitstekend. Zowel het zwembad als de gym waren goed onderhouden en nooit te druk, wat het erg aangenaam maakte om hiervan gebruik te maken. Een klein minpuntje is de padelbaan, die voor wat lawaai zorgt maar dit had weinig impact op onze ervaring aangezien we vaak op stap waren om de omgeving te verkennen. Kortom, een uitstekende accommodatie die wij zonder twijfel aanraden. Een groot compliment voor Olga en haar familie voor hun gastvrijheid en oog voor detail!

The best thing about this place is how proactive Dominique is. He responded fast to my late last-minute booking and offered to pick me up with his car on the way. I extended the stay 3 times, he was very patient with all the modifications and flexible with timing. Note that the building is being renovated at the moment so there’s drilling noise during the day. Not a problem if you’re out all day doing water sports or mountain biking, which El Médano is perfect for!

Very good location. The contact with the landlord was super quick. Ernesto was very nice and helpful. The apartment was exatlcy the same like the offer shows.

Excellente semaine passée dans le logement de Lucia. L'appartement est en parfait état, il y a vraiment tout ce dont peux avoir besoin une famille avec enfants (vaisselles enfants, parasol, jeux de plages...). C'est très calme. On se sent comme à la maison et les enfants aussi. La literie est très bonne, nous avons très bien dormi. Le quartier est calme et résidentiel. Le parking fermé est très pratique. Lucia est accueillante et prévenante. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

We stayed in Miguels place for 10 nights, and it was beautiful, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed including BBQ!!Pool area was lovely, and bar was nice. Miguel is very helpful and responds quickly. Thumbs up, thank you😊

Sandra was a great host. We got in late and she was very accommodating and stayed up to let us in and show us around the place. It was beautiful like the pictures and had a great pool with a bar and lots of seating. The karaoke got loud sometimes at night but Sandra had an awesome sound machine that let us sleep well. She was very sweet, responsive, and made us feel right at home. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come here again!

Sono tornata per la terza volta e sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalle migliorie apportate da Arturo. Tavolo in terrazza nuovo che può accogliere comodamente 6 persone. Divano letto nuovo e molto comodo, mobile del soggiorno nuovo, nuova tv Smart. Biancheria da letto e da bagno di qualità. Alla prossima

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana e ne sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta. La posizione è ottima: a pochi passi dal mare, in una zona tranquilla ma comoda a tutto. È stato facile muoversi a piedi e trovare parcheggio non è mai stato un problema. A poca distanza c’è anche un supermercato ben fornito, molto comodo per la quotidianità. Il residence è pulitissimo, silenzioso e ben curato, così come l’appartamento: impeccabilmente pulito, profumato e dotato di ogni comfort. C’era davvero tutto il necessario, e anche di più – dalla cucina super attrezzata agli accessori per la pulizia, lavanderia, asse e ferro da stiro, ecc. Un grande punto a favore è stata la disponibilità dell’host, super gentile. Ci ha anche fatto trovare un utilissimo book con itinerari consigliati, luoghi da visitare, spiagge e ristoranti della zona: un gesto davvero apprezzato, e non scontato. Consiglio!

Piacevolmente colpite. Io e la mia amica siamo state a Tenerife per poco più di una settimana e ci ha accolte Emilia. Siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte, tenendo conto che è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile, oltre che particolarmente alla mano. Su nostra richiesta, inoltre, ci ha consigliate luoghi da visitare, spiagge assolutamente da non perdere e ottimi posti dove andare a mangiare piatti tipici canarini e buon pesce. Insomma, se vi capiterà di avere a che fare con lei, sarete in buone mani.

Pablo en Ena waren heel vriendelijk, waren ook direct te bereiken bij problemen, alhoewel we die niet echt hebben gehad, het appartement was super mooi, en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig, het was er zeer rustig met fantastisch uitzicht, ook was alles op loopafstand, de zee de restaurants, de taxi's enz, ook de badkamer was super, veel waterdruk en zeker veel warm water, ook de slaapkamer was tip top in orde, met een super goed bed, en zeker te vermelden waard, alles was super clean, als wij terug naar Costa Adaje gaan, dan weten wij zeker waar we gaan verblijven,.Hebben zeker een super verlof gehad, en dat is zeker te danken aan dit appartement

We had a great stay here as a family of 5. The complex is brilliant: the heated pool, choice of pools and bar. Food and drinks there are excellent. Very secure and good to have a dedicated parking spot. The apartment is spacious and worth the money paid. The terrace gets the sun and there are 2 loungers if you don’t want to hang out at the pool. We had a car and so explored the island, sometimes chasing the sun. The restaurant round the corner is excellent osteria San gennaro. Highly recommended stay.

La ubicación es perfecta la anfitriona está super atenta la casa es grande lo único negativo que se escucha mucho cuando andas y que no tiene ascensor por lo demás todo perfecto buena ubicación me encantó lo recomiendo
