Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Playa de las Américas

We recently stayed at Edita’s apartment and would highly recommend it. We were met by a lovely lady and her daughter, who were representing Edita, and they were very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. Edita never too long to respond to any queries which was very much appreciated. The apartment was exactly as described and everything and more than we could have wanted. The walk into the town was short and the location of the apartment couldn’t have been better. We didn’t make much use of the pool area, but that’s only because we were too busy. It did look a really nice area to relax though and quite private. We would definitely return if visiting the area again and must reiterate again that Edita is the perfect host ☺️

A lovely apartment in a great location . Enjoyed the pool area and any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The only downside was the balcony which never had sun and was very small. Having stayed in the apartment block before this was disappointing. Luc was just an amazing host and I could not recommend the apartment more highly .

This apartment is very well thought out, it has everything you need: A comfortable bed A very well-equipped kitchen Bathroom with the necessary products Shampoo, gel, shower and even sunscreen) Barbara was very welcoming and available throughout our stay. She even suggested small local fish restaurants nearby. From the apartment, the natural pools are a 10-minute walk away. We would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was in an excellent location, a quite road but very close to the town centre. It was spacious and well appointed. Having private parking was very helpful. We would definitely stay her again.

Charming, quiet, clean place, and just as it is in the photos, the host responded quickly to our questions and was very attentive when we arrived. 100% recommended, we will definitely repeat.

We had a very nice stay in this lovely house. The owner is very friendly. We could have checked in earlier which is a game changer for family with two small children. This place has a huge potential but needs some work in the garden.

We had such a lovely experience within this Villa. The Villa itself is breathtaking and the pictures do not do it justice. It’s extremely clean and has all the amenities required. It was in a great location easy to find a few shops are also in walking distance. The views are beautiful to say the least. Lastly Juan was very accommodating professional and very welcoming. If I did need to speak to him, he was always available and very knowledgeable. He made this trip very smooth. I would definitely recommend and I will be back as I had such an amazing experience. Barbara was lovely. The area was very quiet and easy to move around. We had public transportation in front of the house door and a supermarket 2 minutes walk away.

Well what can I say,from start to finish it was a joy. We were picked up at the airport and left back again. Fermin is the owner of the 2 storey house and lives upstairs but you never see him unless you need him. The downstairs is exactly as in the pictures with few bonuses. You have 2 start TVs linked to the WiFi a fantastic shower and the best for me and the wife was the remote control ceiling fan in the bedroom,it was a life saver. You have everything you need and more for a fantastic stay. All the shops and bars are 1 minute away,or a lovely 10 minutes walk to the harbour where you can sit and enjoy a meal or a drink. The swimming pool is 25m in length and is spotless and only used by the locals, which is not many. There is a key fob to get in. So we absolutely loved our weeks here and would definitely come back.

Lovely spacious and well presented apartment. Pool area is lovely and not busy. Seemed to be more locals than tourists so if you like to be a little removed from the main tourist centres but still have easy access then this place is great.

Place was gleaming when we arrived, terrace is stunning with sun from morning till sunset. Really enjoyed our stay very relaxing. Christina was very responsive and helpful.

The apartment was amazing. Clean, cozy, bright. All amenities were in excellent condition. The owner allowed us to stay in the apartment for a while longer after the scheduled check out at 11am because our plane wasn't until 5pm. Which was great. The view from the apartment is beautiful, the sunsets were incredible. It was great that there was a private parking. Cons: keep in mind that there is a garbage truck arriving every morning at 6am-7am, which is accompanied by a lot of noise, we were not able to get a good night's sleep. Although Tenerife is definitely not about sleeping! Otherwise no complaints.

Renato was always very responsive and his friend who helped with check in was a nice friendly guy as well. The walk to the beach front area was around 12mins with the nearest main beach about 20mins walk so more than manageable and there's plenty of decent restaurants nearby within 5-10mins walk. Overall for what we paid compared to how much hotels were, we really can't complain at all and would happily come back again. Plenty of free parking in the area as well so that's another bonus. WOW WOW WOW Pascale and Koen’s Airbnb is an ABSOLUTE GEM! The apartment is beautiful, peaceful, and just a short drive to the coast with shops and attractions nearby. You’ll probably want a car, but Pascale is happy to help with taxis — she’s a truly wonderful host! Not sure what a past guest was complaining about — checkout is clearly listed as 9am to allow for cleaning before the next guests. That said, Pascale is incredibly kind and flexible when she can be (which she was with us). We didn’t hear a thing from the upstairs house — total tranquillity. If there was ever a party, I’m sure we’d have been invited! Pascale and Koen even invited us for a drink — they’re the loveliest, most genuine people. The apartment itself is spotless, stylish, fully equipped, and has its own private pool — perfect for summer! Cooler than the coast, which is ideal in peak heat. This is a quiet, hidden treasure in Arona. We absolutely LOVED our stay — book it now! JUST BRILLIANT!
