Vacation rentals with a pool in Playa de la Arena

Absolutely loved staying here - traveled with family of 5, very easy to find, check in was smooth, the house was clean and tidy, and we had a great time. The house is a lot bigger than the pictures make it look, the view from the garden is incredible. Would love to stay here again if we come back to Santa Ursula. We stayed with the family at this Easter holiday villa. We arrived late at night and tired we immediately went to bed, the next morning opening the curtains showed a beautiful view, a long hill with golf courses , a quiet and quiet area, we watched the sunsets from home and took walks, nearby the Achilles pool is an enchanting place. The pool of the house is always sunny with warm water because it is heated. There's nothing stocked with everything, we rented a car and visited many wonderful beaches, I hope to return soon. The most touristy and nightlife areas are a 20-minute drive away.

Maria and her team were great hosts and very accommodating . Irina was super response with every question I had. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here. The added bonus was , because of the pool, my younger son seems to overcome his fear of water and improved his swimming skill level.

Beautiful villa, great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Everything exactly as described. Bella was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to any questions. We had a fantastic stay!

Oliver is a very accommodating and nice host, he took care of us perfectly. He even spontaneously brought us a wheelchair for our entire stay, which has improved our vacation a lot. Had a gorgeous few days in Florence's place. The apartment is bright and spacious, split across three floors. The bedroom is downstairs which is nice and cool. The living space is airy with a view of of the beach just across the road. Pool was enjoyable and clean too. A short walk along the coast into town.

Excellent location from strategic points: supermarkets, not far from the beach, restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for the kitchen and for relaxation. A magnificent terrace for relaxing in the heat! This is the most important point for us. It is easy to communicate with Ana and she is always ready to help. The TV is large, but we almost did not watch it. I will definitely come back if possible).

I stayed in this apartment for a week and was really satisfied. The location is great: a short walk to the sea, in a quiet area but convenient to everything. It was easy to get around by foot and finding parking was never a problem. A short distance away there is also a well-stocked supermarket, very convenient for everyday life. The residence is very clean, quiet and well cared for, as well as the apartment: impeccably clean, fragrant and equipped with every comfort. There was really everything you need, and even more – from the super-equipped kitchen to cleaning accessories, laundry, iron and iron, etc. A great point in favor was the availability of the host, super kind. He also made us find a very useful book with recommended itineraries, places to visit, beaches and restaurants in the area: a really appreciated gesture, and not obvious. Tip!

Nice, confortable appartement, with beautiful view from the terrasse. terrasse is a big advantage - specious, well equipped and sunny also in winter time! Jacuzzi is certainly a big plus. Walking distance to city center, shops (at the corner), good restaurants and beaches. With a very friendly and carrying host, it feels like at home. To recommend, specially for families with teens, like ours!

We recently stayed in this apartment and were delighted with every aspect of our stay. The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It was also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing environment. The balcony with its stunning view was a particular highlight, perfect for morning coffees or evening relaxation. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. The parking in front of the apartment was very convenient, and the hosts were exceptional with their quick responses and helpfulness. Their hospitality truly enhanced our positive experience. The resort where the apartment is located also offers fantastic amenities. The pool was well-maintained and a great place to unwind, while the bar provided excellent food and drinks.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect: quiet and serene, close to local towns for restaurants and beaches, close to the airports, but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The property is well equipped with all items we required. We could not fault it. Check in/out was simple and the homeowner was very helpful. The house and pool were clean and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Thank you again :)

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 small children. The apartment is very quiet, 5 minutes walk from a beach, a supermarket and a beach bar. The most beautiful hiking areas are a 30 to 45-minute drive. The apartment itself was very clean, has a good kitchen and is bright and spacious.

what a beautiful house, beyond our expectations. I can't explain how all of the wonderful details in the house make such an unforgettable stay. Rossana you go the extra mile like no other. A beautiful basket of fresh fruit, cava, chocolates, drinks in the fridge, and so much more. makeup remover and pads, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. I could go on. The apartment was perfect for our holiday plans: really nice, everything like in the advertisement, quite neighborhood, wonderfull garden. Our host were so nice and gave us many ideas about where to go and what to do. I can only recommend it and would love to come back any time for a perfect holiday in the north of Tenerife. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The garden is serene. The pool is refreshing. The house is historic and traditional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Torrita to anyone.
