Beautiful villa in Valeriano over Koroni beach

The house is located at the foot of mountain Aenos, a few hundred meters before entering Valeriano village. The 40 sq.m apt at the basement on the south side of the villa, is fully equipped and airconditioned by two inverters, ideal for couples, families or friends. It consists of two airconditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a king size bed which also has a silent fan), a small living room with a TV, a fully equipped small kitchen, a bathroom, a yard of its own and a garden.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. Villa Anna commands a fantastic position. A very short walk (literally at the end of the driveway) to the beautiful beach and a number of brilliant tavernas. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, offering privacy and luxury. The villa was immaculate, with spectacular views. Excellent sun loungers and various areas to enjoy the sun, or seek out some shade, we were very comfortable and happy. A bedding and towel change mid week was welcome. Lovely bathroom/shower rooms, with plenty of hot water. Some well stocked local supermarkets within easy walking distance, but be prepared for the steep hill to one of them. Ample parking at the villa, there are quite a few steps up to reach the villa which is above/behind Villa Paloma, which has a sign on the beachfront road.

Thank you Christina for an amazing restorative break! For all your kind gifts and thoughts and keeping it so very clean with lovely touches! Ionian Breeze is a quiet beautiful house in a lovely location! We had a wonderful time exploring all the local areas by foot and with a car ( much needed on this island to get full benefit) Christina recommended some amazing walks, we found some wonderful places en route- ate in some great restaurants- Extraterrestrial in Exogi (book in advance for evening and not for the faint hearted drive!) Nostimon in Frikes ( can walk to ) Calypso in Kioni (great service and food, very pretty little harbour) Delicious in Stavros ( great local food and very interesting historical village, better to go in car) Found a great beach on one of our walks Marmagas, it was a little bit of a hike from Frikes (or do the whole circuit from Ionian Breeze ) there is a cabin there and the most delivious food! To come back to Ionian Breeze was a bonus !! Thank you

Such a beautiful place. The apartment was fabulous but the little cove was out of this world. It was like bein on our own dessert island. The weather wasn't kind to us but we were looked after and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were sorry to move on.

Very clean and well appointed apartment. Light and airy with balcony looking out to see. Kitchen extremely clean and nice - probably all new. Plenty of easy parking. The neighbourhood has many close supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. Maybe a little too many for our tastes, as we actually prefer a more isolated setting but it wasn't noisy at all when we visited in September. Hosts very welcoming, so we would definiteley recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa - the views were beautiful, and the houses all had everything needed for a fantastic stay. The hosts was very helpful and responsive for the entire holiday and beforehand. We loved the resident cats (especially Beer the black and white cat!! We will miss him 💔). Definitely requires car hire to stay here, but a quick drive to shops, beaches and towns. Had an amazing holiday and would love to come back!!

A very pleasant and tidy accommodation. Everything is available and we didn't miss anything. The beach beds for beach season were very welcome. This has also been thought of. And of course the view and the beach a stone's throw away. An ideal stay with the tranquility we were looking for.
