Pero is a gem of a person. He was very responsive and quick in all the things that we needed. He was very well at communications. You have good parking space there. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Absolutely fabulous! My wife and I stayed for a week and couldn’t have been happier. Mislav is a joy, and his house immediately felt like home to us. We arrived to find milk and water in the fridge and many thoughtful supplies that make for a comfortable stay. Of special note, the covered terrace is perfect for morning coffee and evening wine, and the bathroom shower is the best we have found anywhere in Europe. Situated perfectly at the end of the promenade, restaurants, shops and the ferry are an easy walk away, yet once in the house all is quiet and peaceful. Cavtat is small but lovely town, the people are warm and friendly and there are many nice restaurants, one of which, Galija, is Mislav’s and not to be missed. If you enjoy beef tartare I encourage you to order it. Prepared table side by the waiter it is delicious. My wife is already planning our return to Cavtat, where will certainly stay with Mislav. My family of five (ages 56, 55, 25, 23, and 18) loved this apartment! The location is fabulous; You cannot be any closer to the old city without staying within the walls. The views are unbelievably gorgeous. Tough to capture in photos just how wonderful the balcony is, but I'm confident it will make a few social media accounts. The rooftop balcony is covered, nicely furnished, and a terrific place for coffee, food, drinks, etc. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen and living area provide all the space you need when in Dubrovnik. Dominik arranged our transfer from the airport, a terrific guide of the old city, and coordinated an excellent boat trip to the Elaphiti Islands. This is one of our all time favorite stays!

Incredible experience in Dubrovnik. This location is so convenient!!! You are walking distance to all major attractions. My wife and I rented a car and coincidentally, the place was 4 minute walking too. The space is so cozy, comfortable, and the hosts made it feel like home. They provided everything we needed to decrease travel stress. The bed was comfortable, AC allowed for comfortable sleeping, and the pool view was unreal. If I’m back in Dubrovnik, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Don’t think twice, the money is 100% worth it.

Anita was a wonderful host she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The apartment was spotless with all the amenities you need, a little home from home. The terrace and BBQ area was fabulous, ideal for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. Public transport 2.5€, the bus stop located at the top of the road. An uber just as reasonable at 10€ approx. Would definitely recommend Anita’s apartment. Thanks again Anita for a wonderful stay and the cakes were amazing 👍

We had a marvelous time at this place. It is a small peace of paradise where you can only relax and enjoy the hospitality of Darko. The room had everything you needed and was very clean. Darko prepared breakfast in the morning and in the evening there are plenty of restaurants to discover or you can even cook yourself. It was hard to leave!

Marko's apartment is very nice, in addition to being well-equipped, it has a balcony with a splendid view of the old town of Dubrovnik which is a 10-minute walk away.

My husband and I had a great 17 day stay at this property! We travel full time and know what makes for a comfortable stay. Emilija met us at check-in and had a friend help with our luggage. Nice to have bottled water in fridge when we arrived and the recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing were very helpful. The apt is clean and had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed & piping hot water. So nice to have fresh bed linens and towels offered throughout our stay. Having a washer is always a plus! Located a short walk to The Old City and Port made for great exploring. We enjoyed relaxing with ocean views in the outdoor space. Would highly recommend this property.

Apartment was clean and as described and is in a great location. Host was always responsive and friendly, offering us local recommendations. Be sure to bring your own shower gel and shampoo, that was the only tiny piece missing. We would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

Really nice view with two balconies, however, the Hotel Argentina is now under construction, the view to see old town is impacted. Clear instructions to get inside. Walk 10-15 mins to old town, the view along the road is fantastic as well. If you take bus to Dubrovnik, you can take local bus 8 at main bus station to Bus station Viktorija and then walk around 5 mins to the apartment.

I stayed for just two nights, but this apartment made a lasting impression. The location is ideal if you’re drawn to natural beauty and quiet exploration—within easy reach, I got to see the world’s shortest river and wander the historical arboretum, full of gentle wonder. There’s also a network of coastal trails nearby that was a mini-adventure into pure nature. The real highlight, though, was the terrace. In the evening, the sky softened sending golden tones onto the mountains...the sea shimmered. It felt like everything paused for a moment while I sat out there, taking it all in. You can smell the pine and cypress, and just be—it was exactly the kind of pause I needed. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed—clearly cared for with attention and love. It was a delightful, grounded place to return to after each outing, and opening the doors looking at the magnificent view made it wonderful. A short stay, but absolutely memorable. I’d return in a heartbeat!

The Hype is real! Vedran is a great host with a super apartment. He goes out his way to make sure you don't need anything on arrival. The apartment itself is spacious with a great balcony.

The host was very communicative and hospitable. The place was really nice and just as described. We had a wonderful time! Be prepared to walk lots of stairs!

Five stars and one turtle! Toni’s apartment in Dubrovnik is a true gem tucked inside the Old Town’s castle walls—like stepping into a postcard, only with Wi-Fi and a laundry machine that spins like a jet engine. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated, the kitchen had every gadget imaginable and the shower water pressure was better than home. The garden was a serene oasis—until you realize you’re sharing it with five cats who rule the roost, and a very slow, very mysterious stray turtle who we named “Zoran.” Our laundry dried faster than our legs recovered from the stair climb to get there (pack light, friends). Fair warning: from 8 AM to 7 PM, your quiet courtyard becomes a live exhibit for enthusiastic tourists peering down from the castle wall above, admiring the flowers, the vines, and possibly your drying underwear. So… maybe skip the leopard print. All in all, an unforgettable stay. Thanks, Toni!

We had such a wonderful stay in this apartment. The host is very responsive and super friendly and you can reach out to her any time during the stay! The apartment itself is spacious with amazing views out the windows and the big balcony/terrace was our favourite. We stayed for 11 nights and everything we needed was in the apartment. The kitchen is great and has crockery, dish washer, big fridge, all utensils etc. The location is great it was so nice to be close to everything but in a quiet area at the same time. I would recommend this apartment and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

What a perfect apartment for our week in Dubrovnik! Ivana is a lovely and helpful host, the apartment is spotless and well-equipped and the location is very convenient with a terrific view! Do not hesitate to book this - you'll love it, too. Maro arranged excellent day trips for us (he's a great help!) and Ivana even helped us with re-booking flights home. They are easy to communicate with and always reply promptly. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough - 10 stars, if we could!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in Luko’s apartment. The accommodation is in a great location with a beautiful view of the old town and Lokrum island. It was even better than the lovely photos, spacious, tastefully decorated and with a terrific kitchen, fantastic shower and two lovely balconies. It is a short walk to the old town making it a great base from which to explore. Luko is a great host. He facilitated us when we left our bags off early and also arranged for a taxi to pick us up and drop us back to the airport (Antonio the driver was great). We highly recommend Luko and his wonderful apartment.

The apartment was in a lovely quite location, with easy access to the old town. Apartment had everything you would need and the hosts were very helpful and offered great recommendations.

We feel so lucky to have been able to stay at Nives apartment for our honeymoon. It’s an absolute paradise and felt like an oasis of calm despite being only a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik Old Town. The hot tub and the garden (beautifully and lovingly cared for by Nives’ mother) were real highlights for us. Lying in the hot tub, watching the swallows swoop overhead as the bells of the city rang out, will forever live in our memories. The apartment itself was perfect - can’t fault a thing. So clean, and pretty and with every amenity you could possibly need. And the views! Wow!!Nives and her father, Paul, were wonderful - such friendly and responsive hosts. We felt so looked after! If you can book this place then do it - you won’t be disappointed!

Large, beautiful apartment within easy walking distance of the old town. Of most places, it had a minimal amount of steps because the bottom of the staircase could be reached by an ascending walkway, from the street across from the old town gate. Very comfortable for 6 people.
