Accès difficile pour personnes âgées car pentu. 15mn en voiture du lac de Pannecière et 30mn du lac des Settons. Sentiers de randonnée et VTT au bout du jardin (Gr13, Tour du Morvan...). Toutes commodités à 10 mn en voiture (Château -Chinon). 30mn en voiture du Haut-Folin (25 pistes ski de fond) et du Mont-Beuvray.

Vrijstaand huis met grote omheinde weelderige tuin met veel privacy en fijne zithoekjes. Geniet van het prachtige uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende beboste heuvels. Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo langs het meer voor een frisse duik. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Dit sfeervolle huis staat in een klein gehuchtje aan het ‘Lac de Pannecière’ in het prachtige Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft de mooiste sterrenhemels.

Situé en plein centre ville dans un immeuble 1930, très facile d'accès, cet appartement est lumineux et élégant. Avec ses 3 mètres de hauteur sous plafond et ses 98 m2, il est parfait pour 4 personnes mais peut en accueillir 6 (avec supplément).
