Very nice apartment with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. Mohamed is very accommodating and understanding . The property is close to shops and all amenities. It is on the ground floor, convenient for people with reduced mobility. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice residence with swimming pool, seen from the apartment directly on the garden, very peaceful, quick access to the beach. For transportation, Taoufik gave us the taxi contact thing that made it easy for us to get around. We recommend.

My stay in this apartment was a real success. As soon as we arrived, the host welcomed us warmly and was available and attentive throughout our stay. The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated in a traditional Moroccan style while offering all the modern amenities. The rooms are bright and spotlessly clean. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare a few meals, and the cozy living room was perfect for relaxing after our days of exploring. The location is ideal, close to the main attractions, markets and restaurants. The apartment is quiet with an unobstructed view with no neighbors across the street. I highly recommend it!

Quiet and secure residence with a beautiful pool right in front of the apartment not far from shops and the Marina

We had a great time at Kacem's place. He is a very friendly, welcoming and responsive host. He was very available and accommodating. The house is beautiful, well-equipped. We spent these few days in a peaceful and relaxing place. We will gladly come back to his place, and we highly recommend it.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this private luxurious villa! The space was even more beautiful than the photos, offering the perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The host was incredibly generous, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including a cleaning service available on demand, which was a great touch. The villa was spotless, and you can tell the host takes great pride in maintaining a high standard. For the level of luxury and service provided, it was an amazing deal for the price. Very good hospitality from Zine, the apartment is clean and really nicely decorated! Everything is there for a pleasant stay. Well-maintained and well-located residence in a quiet location and a 5-minute walk from the beach and grocery restaurants etc... The residence is supervised, the pool is pleasantly heated and above all there is no shortage of deckchairs or umbrellas, there is something for everyone!

the accommodation is very clean no insects, no dirt, Fahid is responsive and very pleasant, the supervisors are extremely efficient, kind... we were with our children in total safety, children can play with each other(with the children of the residence) without supervision of parents until 1am without any danger... I highly recommend this apartment, the swimming pool is functional with serious and responsive lifeguard... as far as the location is concerned, we are therefore at the marina nevertheless having a car is essential to go shopping for walks and I say essential. We can't come back soon ☺️

Very clean, nice flat in a quiet neighbourhood (not high season). Beautiful beach is within walking distance, shopping facilities as well. The flat is modernly furnished, with Moroccan flair. Nice kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and hot running water. Shower has good Water pressure and enough warm water. Highly recommended, perfect end to our trip, we hope to come back again. Very Friendly host with easy and punctual check-in. Very nice neighbours. Thank you for having us.

We had a memorable stay! I felt right at home, with all the necessary equipment and not to mention the cleanliness! I was pleasantly surprised by the green and peaceful outdoors with a store located in the complex with everything we needed. I also don't forget the kindness of the owner and his wife who made me feel like a member of the family! Thank you for your kindness and look forward to returning to your home!

The apartment was very clean. Siham is very responsive, with each request she was able to find an answer. We appreciated that there were a few groceries when we arrived in the apartment so that we could eat. The pool is clean and maintained there is a lifeguard who is there all day to monitor the pool. I recommend it 100%.
