House vacation rentals in Placilla

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

The house is more beautiful than what you see in the photos, it has a closed gazebo (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decorative details, it has all the kitchen utensils (you don't need to bring anything), Valentina and Gladys are very kind and respond quickly to any concerns, we will definitely be back

Cristóbal is a very good host, always attentive and friendly. Nothing to say about the place, it met all our needs, very quiet and cozy.

Very nice place, identical to the photos, it had everything you need to have an amazing time. When I arrived, everything was super tidy and clean. The place super quiet and safe. Paula answered any questions super fast and was very kind. I really enjoyed it.

Our stay at Tania's house was excellent. The house is wonderful, very comfortable and equipped with absolutely everything you need: hair dryer, iron, board games, among many other things. We had an amazing time! As a suggestion, it would be good to indicate in the listing description that music and noise are allowed in the condominium on Fridays and Saturdays until 2:00 a.m., since there is a sign with those rules when you enter. On Friday, a neighbor was upset because we had the music a little loud around 1:30 am, although we were still within the allowed hours. To avoid problems, that day we went to sleep and the next day we kept the music only inside the house. Apart from that detail, everything was perfect. Tania was always very attentive, responded quickly to all our messages and made sure that everything was fine. Highly recommended!

This is truly a one of a kind unique place to stay in Valparaiso. The location is perfect, the neighborhood was funky with lots of small restaurants and boutiques nearby. Of course there was street art everywhere. We were a few blocks from a bakery and small market that we frequented multiple times. The house itself was a historic and beautifully maintained building. It was enormous, somehow even bigger than the pictures. There were lots of interesting old knickknacks throughout the house. The view from the upper room was beautiful. Pablo was a very gracious host and we were met by Cecelia who went out of her way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier. On top of it all we were met with a bottle of Chilean wine. Can’t recommend enough.

We chose the house for the views and they turned out much better than the photos!!! The location is unbeatable, with incredible ocean views that can be seen from every room in the house. The location is unbeatable, it is absolutely worth it. The house is spacious, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces and a well-stocked kitchen. There are several paths down to the beaches and rocks. Although the one that leaves from the house is closed, we went down the neighbor's (who was very kind in offering us to go down there) but there are also several other public paths. The environment is really spectacular and quiet to relax. The check-in instructions are clear and we had trouble locating the house. A couple of very minor issues: the main shower bracket is loose, which makes it a little uncomfortable to use. The other thing is that the grill needs a renovation. But these issues do not affect the overall stay and I only mentioned them as suggestions. 100% recommended!

Our stay at Wendy's house was simply spectacular. The place is quiet, private and perfect for really relaxing. We felt very comfortable and the best thing of all was that we could bring our dog, which made the experience even more special. Many thanks to Wendy for her hospitality and to Don Luis, who welcomed us with great kindness. Highly recommended!

Accommodation that is foolproof, the place is comfortable, cozy, has all the necessary amenities, heating, a very well-equipped kitchen, a perfect terrace with a barbecue, the area is very quiet and private, and Raúl is a 7, always attentive and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The sea view is simply spectacular, perfect for relaxing and enjoying unforgettable sunsets. The décor is carefully chosen, combining comfort and style, and unique architectural details are appreciated that enhance the experience. The house is fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable and practical. The location is excellent, close to services and at the same time private enough to rest. In addition, it is ideal for those of us who travel with pets, as it offers safe and pleasant spaces for them. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

Octavio's house is beautiful, and the view is wonderful. The house is located in the Campomar condominium, which is a very established condominium, with good services, local streets, beach (no swimming) and security. The three rooms are comfortable, the living room, kitchen and dining room are impeccable, all with ocean views. The house is VERY well equipped. Communication with Octavio was very simple, friendly and efficient.

This place is a Bohemian gem. I has a great view of the Bay from the patio, the neighborhood is full of art and murals and restaurants. Good Internet, hot showers, great views. Potential downsides: has thin walls with the (respectful) neighbors, so I can't recommend it as honeymoon suite. Neighborhood has lots of hills and stairs, so not ideas for the immobile or aging.
