Large House for Leisure and Rest

Beautiful house on the south coast of PB, ideal for leisure and rest where nature is almost intact, surrounded by beautiful beaches, cliffs, rivers and mangroves. Less than 200 meters from the sea, with paradisiacal beaches, away from the noise and pollution of the cities, the biggest sound comes from the sea, which in the silence of the night the tide seems to hit in front of the house. As you do not have an option on this site to include the energy rate, I must inform you that I assume 12 kWh/day, which I pass on to guests checking in.

The house is very close to downtown, where you can walk easily, street clear and well located and the house is much better than in the photos, very spacious !

Our stay was great . The house is very spacious. In addition to the outdoor area that is also quite large. All very well cared for, clean and organized . Communication with Fabia took place without a problem. Always responding to the messages. The girl who caretakes the house is also very friendly.

It was 4 quiet and well accommodated days. Spacious, well-organized, clean house with a wonderful leisure area! The kids had a lot of fun and so did we. I highly recommend it!

We spent three wonderful days in the house, which perfectly accommodated our group of 10 people. Everyone loved the environment as much as the location. The structure is excellent: a large house, well-lit, comfortable and equipped with all the basic and necessary items. The host, together with his grandparents, was extremely helpful and flexible with the schedules, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The place is peaceful and ideal to rest, with each house respecting the space and quiet of the neighbors. An experience we certainly recommend.

The house is great and the stay very pleasant. The house is ventilated and had no muriçoca (I was prepared with repellents but we don't need to use it) Everything was tidy and tidy Amanda who welcomed us is very friendly. The barbecue in the shade is great for the barbecue not to burn in the sun. The fruit trees were successful with family.

We were in a group of friends counting 14 people. We loved the stay and especially the location. The very large and very good house. We enjoyed it a lot. We no longer take advantage of constant rain beads, and that this hindered a little until our overnight stay due to a few leaks in two bedrooms. Plus this is not a big deal that can't be solved. It is only necessary to make some repairs to the roof of the house (due to some leaks and everything will be solved! ) Very kind Leonardo, from the act of the reservation, to the checkout, polite and very helpful . Too many good people, have always been agile in communication. Just in having the house foot in the sand and the ocean view says it all! Everything was great and it was well worth it! We even showered with rains, we made the most and the most of it . And we will definitely be back again! Not to mention the homemade Mr Almir who was also very kind to the whole class. I recommend it whenever necessary! We love everything! It was really nice! We'll be back !

The house is a dream!! Beautiful, huge, sensational decor, a space more cozy than the other, a paradise!! All rooms with air-conditioning, comfortable beds, cookware, anything you need. The only bad thing in the place is the lack of transportation, there is no Uber, taxi is expensive, I advise you to go with your own car or rented. Overall, we loved it, we didn't want to leave!!

EXCELLENT property to spend amazing days with family and friends. Mr Jessen very attentive as well as the housekeeper Mr Djalma. We plan to come back as soon as possible.
