Cottage vacation rentals in Piran

The cottage, very quiet location, was fantastic. Beautifully romantically furnished with a beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom. Everything we needed was present and the jacuzzi was great too 😁 We did not meet the hostess in person, but communication went very smoothly via wattsapp. If there were any problems, we could go to the super sweet neighbor Elvira. This is definitely a stay to return to.

Our stay at Jasna and Sašos „Red Fairytale“ was wonderful! Both were very friendly and ready to help us. The apartment is set up modern, cozy, clean and with love in every detail. The location around the apartment is also very great and other destinations like the coast are good to arrive by car! Thank you, Jasna and Sašo for this great accommodation, we recommend it and would like to come again!

Great accommodation, warm, well equipped (we enjoyed the jaccuzi and air conditioning), very well renovated and in the spirit of the country. A very warm welcome from Maja, very easy to understand (English) For activities, Piran, and Koper are less than 30 minutes away and Predjama Castle and its beautiful cave are less than an hour away. The first store is 10 mins away A small typical restaurant 50m away makes excellent Pizzas! Perfect for a family of 4!

This place is a little piece of heaven on earth! From the moment we showed up the host was kind, gracious, and incredibly helpful. The welcome wine was a sweet little touch and the hotub in the morning looking out over the vineyard was truly a fairytale. If you're hovering over the "book now" button, CLICK IT this place is 100% worth it.

A really cool, funky modern cottage that still is one with the environment. Lots of cool quirky touches and fun outdoor games and activities. We used the projector by the pool and the outdoor wood stove was great for cooking. An amazing place to stargaze— at night, the view of the sky in incredible. Close to motovun, but still quite private. Highly recommend!

The villa is absolutely stunning, everything was spotless and very, very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped – we truly didn't need anything else. Very nice cozy house in a quiet village. We were on a trip with our dog who had perfect walks around the house. If you are looking for a private house, Sergo is the perfect choice. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Jurij’s cosy house in the beautiful Karst region of Slovenia. Jurij was a truly lovely and hospitable host, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house itself is charming and peaceful, set in a relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. The location is also fantastic—close to local sights and nature, yet quiet enough to fully enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommended!

The Olive Garden is a nice cottage surrounded by olive trees. The house is well equipped. Although it is close to the busy towns of Portoroz and Piran, the accommodation is in a very quiet neighbourhood with great views over the hills and coast line. Suzana has been a good host and responsive to questions we had. As we were travelling within Slovenia, it was possible to check in early: great service.

Katarina is the perfect host! She always responded very quickly and gave us a lot of very good recommendations for the region. My husband and I wanted a quiet and sunny hideaway during the grey and cold German winter and got what we were looking for: a very nice and cosy cottage with a beautiful garden with olive trees and lots of sun including beautiful sunsets in front of the cottage. There was enough firewood to warm up the cottage inside and make it even more cosy. We walked through the surrounding nature with our dog and made little day trips to the ocean and the surrounding cities. The food and wines in and around the nearby village Buje are delicious and we enjoyed a lot of good food with fresh fish and truffle. We absolutely recommend this place.

Veronica is a very friendly host, take cares of everything the guest would need. The house itself is very cozy, just like a real home. The 2 rooms apartment with balcony meets all needs even for a family of 4. The surroundings is amazing, including the nature,.the villages, the roads and the people. We had a great time here!

This place is really great. Settled in a small, remote village offers a peaceful atmosphere. Matjaz is a great host. Always responsive and ready to help and give a lot of good tips and advises regarding places worth visiting and nice restaurants. We spent there two great weeks and we'll be happy to get back there.

Tricky location near the seaside but a very nice & available host.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like breakfast basket and local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The apartment was cozy, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. This stay exceeded my expectations!

Absolutely amazing, romantic cottage to stay at on our honeymoon. Plus we went on a truffle hunt one of the days and enjoyed an incredible truffle meal cooked by Marjana one of the mornings!

We had such a great stay here! The hosts were amazing and super friendly, they even gave us some treats, which was really sweet. The place was clean and cozy. Best of all, the location was perfect, close to Italy and Croatia. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Martina's house and would come back at any time! The furnishings correspond exactly to the photos and we felt absolutely comfortable. From Dekani you can reach the beautiful cities such as Koper and Piran/Portoroz within 15-30 minutes. Martina was very friendly and available at any time.

We stayed at Ana's place for 3 nights. The place is situated in beautiful nature surrounded by amazing greenery. We even saw a deer! Everything is really close - 10mins walk to the seaside, hike route, wonderful restaurant. Recommended for a peaceful stay or active bike and hike vacation. Ana was really responsive and proactive, such a great host! We would definitely visit again!

Beautiful house in a quiet little village, a lot of taste in the decoration and various details. Numerous quality amenities, all the necessary items available. Finally, great kindness and generosity from Katerina who had made food available to us (grapes, yogurt, drinks, etc.). Go there without so much as a second thought!
