An absolute home away from home. Perfect self-contained accommodation, very stylish & modern and immaculately clean. Kleio is the best host who generously and thoughtfully provides lovely niceties in her home for guests to enjoy their holiday to the max. She is also very available to assist with tourist recommendations to ensure that her guests make the most out of their stay. We are so delighted to have stayed in Kleio’s ‘Superb Neoclassical House near the Acropolis’ for nearly a week… this was a tremendous start to our 10 week European adventure. Thank you so much Kleio! The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

This is a really comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor. It's a bit like staying in someone's home (to be clear, you have the place to yourself) as it has little personal details & a cosy vibe. The button to ring the apartment wasn't clear but we rang Elina (the host) on the phone & she came down straightaway to let us in. There is a little elevator that comfortably fits 2 people. It would not fit a wheelchair. It has a big living area with a separate kitchen and dining area. It's a really good space if you are 4 people. Elina was lovely when we met her & she showed us around the apartment. She also went out of her way to accommodate us extending our stay twice. The apartment is on a reasonably quite road.However, it is near a busy road. I brought ear plugs & slept really well. There's a lovely Japanese restaurant (Zuzuto Ramen) a couple of doors away & other nice cafes nearby. We recommend this to anyone who wants a good sized cosy relaxing living space. Tracy & Dave :)

We had a fantastic extended holiday weekend at Eleni’s place with family and friends. Communication was smooth and clear from the start — we received detailed check-in instructions with text and photos, plus helpful directions for both free and paid parking options. We were pleasantly surprised to always find free parking right in front of the building. The location is excellent — quiet, yet close to everything. The apartment was exactly as described and looked just like the photos: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Elena as a host!

The airbnb was perfect. It had all the amenities listed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The host was also very responsive and helpful, guided me perfectly. It was located in the perfect spot too. The heating and AC were amazing as well. It was 100% worth the money, especially for an Airbnb like this !! Extremely satisfied.

Nice base for a city trip Athens! Good beds, spacious and clean apartment. We stayed here with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The building is a bit noisy (elevator, neighbors and hot water turning on). It was no problem for us.

We stayed here before and loved it. This was the second time visiting and a few things have changed only in the local area. The place is spotless, homely, extra everything and a great coffee maker. The area is good - you have a new shop down in the square which does everything and there is also a new bio shop as well. The restaurants are in full swing as it is summer so yuo dont need to go far. ONE THING = THE AIR CON IS FABULOUS! Last time we were there we didnt need the air con, now in the summer we did and it is excellent and instant. It's my first time to rent a great place like that beautiful studio in Kapsilli . Very easy arrival from the Airport of Athens , then , woooow , what a clean and classy studio with a very competitive price . When I called Maria , just to thanks her for the instructions she sent me to check in , then she explained to me everything about the area as it exactly .. Big stores just minutes , all types of buses to get for anyplace to visit in Athens. As I'm a one of the Greece lovers , I probably will reserve it again for my next trips to Athens as its very close to all the places that I really want to visit . Maria is a great person to know , very helpful , big smile as most of the Greek people whom I really loved since long time ago when I arrived to Athens first time before 2000 , and , I still in love with Greece just today 😍 💙 💕

Stylish and comfortable apartment! In a very good area where it has a lot of mobility and many shops. Also the subway is two minutes away. Hosts were very kind, communicative, and gave great tips for the area!

This location was comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. This location was close to the beach and transportation. The owners were very helpful with suggestions for local beaches and we found the perfect spot. Their help and apartment was a big part in making this a memorable trip the Greece.

I had a blast staying here! Both Yota and the beautiful apartment made it so. The place is perfect for a longer stay (a fee months). All the amenities are there and really help make use of the space. I had no trouble fitting all my belongings and sometimes even hosting friends. The terrace is incredible - not only it adds more space but also ambience and charm to the place:) It’s ideal for slow breakfast/stargazing/reading/romantic dinners. The neighbourhood is the right mix of calm suburbia, while still feeling close to the center. The metro is right by, there are also buses that take you straight to the apartment. Yota is a text-book example of a great host. Always helpful and proactive in making sure your stay is comfortable. She takes great consideration into maintaining the place, makes sure to find new ways to make daily life there more convenient. Also, she provides lots of insights and recommendations of the city itself.

I and my friends had a great stay! The place was centrally located, making it super easy to get around. The neighborhood was lively and full of energy, with tons of pubs and bars nearby—perfect for a fun night out. Definitely recommend if you're looking to be in the heart of the action!

Amazing hosts and very clean accommodation at a good price. Will return there on my next visit to Athens as it was that good.
