The location is very good, easy access to the beach and downtown. The photos are as shown, everything is very well kept and clean. The apartment is fully equipped for a perfect stay. The hosts are always very friendly and helpful in answering any questions. We will definitely be back! 😀

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Javier's place! We couldn't believe how close we were to the ocean -- you can see it from the bed. :) The place was super comfortable and Javier and his spouse were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Diana's area and apartment are beautiful. The first thing to note is that it is a few meters from the entrance to the beach, the block is quiet and you feel very safe everywhere, the apartment is impeccable, 10 points for cleanliness, clean sheets, impeccable bathroom, it is the 2nd time that I have chosen Diana's apartment and it will be my fixed option for the next time I can go to Valeria del Mar. Noteworthy that it has a nice grill to prepare a comforting barbecue with the family.

The truth is spotless! Unbeatable location! I loved the place, I rose with the sea view 180 degrees, the window of the main room had a panoramic view of the sea, really beautiful, super spacious the depto, very comfortable, a giant balcony, to enjoy looking at the sea. The beautiful resort, the super private beach! I would come back a thousand times over! Thank you Adrian for being super aware of you and your son all the time.

It was difficult to get to the accommodation, after 5 hours of travel the location did not match the apartment. The photos, being taken from a drone, were not recognized even by people from nearby hotels. The building name was not in the listing details, nor were nearby references. That was quite frustrating upon arrival. Otherwise it is comfortable, very well located, has beach service, and the heated pool was clean. The water in the showers never came out hot, but rather lukewarm, but the towel service and the staff were nice.

Two modern buildings with multiple levels are showcased against a twilight sky. Soft lighting highlights the architectural features, while lush green landscaping surrounds the area. The structures are designed with balconies and large windows, creating a seamless connection with the outdoors.

The place was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The amenities of the complex were luxurious and the access to the beach was very convenient. Communication with the host was excellent, always attentive and very kind. I would definitely stay here again!

We booked for a weekend with my partner and our pet. From the first moment, Javier's attention was excellent. The accommodation was as shown in the photos, very comfortable and in an excellent location meters from the beach and very few blocks from the center of Valeria del Mar. We will definitely be back!

The apartment and the impeccable building! Very comfortable and is as shown in the photos of the publication, very few meters from the beach, the bedroom is very comfortable, it is excellent that it has 2 bathrooms with showers, the terrace a 10. Javier was a genius, he was always very attentive from before getting there, during the stay and until we left the depto. We will definitely be back.

The house is spectacular just as it looks in the photos, very comfortable, two blocks from the sea and 8/10 from downtown Cariló. Christian a great host, he was always available and helped us with some topics during the stay, such as changing the refrigerator for a new one because it stopped working. Important: the house does not have sheets or towels, you have to bring them. Keep in mind that the double bed is extra large (2x2mts).

The space was much larger, more comfortable and with a nicer view than what you see in the photos. We only stayed 2 nights. Lots of storage space and very comfortable for us, as we went with 3 children. Since there were so many of us, the second bathroom was essential. The people who welcomed us and looked after us during our stay were very friendly and helpful. We will be back without hesitation

The apartment has everything you need to stay, comfortable mattresses, clean sheets and towels, fully equipped kitchen, meters from the sea with private entrance to the beach, an incredible view where you can see the sunrise sitting in the chair, clean and tidy, garage next to the elevator. It is perfectly located, you can walk downtown and enjoy a walk in the forest. We went as a family and had a great time. Pablo is the best!! Thanks Pablo!! We'll be back!!

Everything was excellent! We booked the apartment for the view and the truth is that it didn't disappoint. The view of the sea is one of the best you can get and with the added bonus of the sunset too. We had a small problem that Yanina solved instantly and also allowed us to check out a little later. Highly recommended!

Ideal place if you want to forget about your car! You can walk to the center or the beach. Close to everything but super quiet. Both Nico and who welcomed us were super friendly. We loved it and I'm sure we'll be back💪🏽
