Very nice and luxurios house with all nessecities. Quiet, but still close to beach, supermarket and good traditional restaurants. A big house for 4 persons!

My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

The perfect place for relaxing and enjoying - close to sea and Olymp mountain. The house is very comfortable, with all the amenities you need, the fireplace is a gem. Chrysoula is the perfect host - responsive, hospitable and always available for help. Highly recommended 😊

It was all great! The host gave us instructions and asked us throughout our stay if we needed anything more and if there was an issue with our stay. Even though we didn't find an issue, we knew that at any time and time we could bother him if we needed anything . It had restaurants and coffee shops very close to us. All spotless !!

Rested in apartment for a month with my family. As for me it is a best location in Kallithea, really quite place which was extremly important for us. Close to a beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Vangelis is friendly, kind hearted and responsible host. An apartment is a perfect for long rent terms, a flat and kitchen are equipped with a huge amount of all necessary items. It was a good time in Greece.

Best AirBnB we've ever been to! Very quiet, sea and mountain views, perfectly clean and well-equipped. Very responsive and friendly host. We had a wonderful holiday in this house! The location was perfect - the house is in a quiet area, but only twenty minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, the airport, the center of Thessaloniki and two minutes from the water park. The area around the house is very large, so the children had plenty of space to play. The inside of the house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners of the house are very responsive and promptly resolved any issues. Our family was greeted very warmly. Ermolaos and his wife Dimitra were very caring. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for us when we checked into the house and saw a pie on the table that Dimitra had baked for us! Ermolaos is very friendly and he helped us a lot to adapt and provided a lot of useful information about local restaurants, entertainment and the best beaches. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay during the holidays.

This property is a beautiful refuge, and provided a spectacular location for a meeting of friends that also included a series of business meetings/discussions. The views are spectacular, there is a nice public beach nearby, and you can access a lovely (if pricey) resort nearby where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a market. This is about a 3 minute drive away. Better yet, if you cross the peninsula (about a 12-minute drive) to Nea Fokea, there are good restaurants at half the price, a larger market, and also a lovely public beach. That said--you don't have to leave the property to enjoy a great time. There is a breeze to cool things down much of the time, a nice small pool/spa and spectacular sunsets. The interior of the house is comfortable, and feels like a lovely family home--it has essentially two apartments, with separate kitchens upstairs and down. The wifi was more than adequate for 5 to use simultaneously, and we were able to hold international Zoom meetings.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the villa. The house is tastefully furnished and thoughtfully designed, with everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything works perfectly, which made cooking a real pleasure. The garden is absolutely lovely—green, spacious, and full of charm. It was the perfect place to unwind, and we especially appreciated the quiet and privacy. The villa feels beautifully secluded, yet never isolated. One of the small but important touches we really appreciated was the presence of mosquito screens on the windows—it’s clear that every detail has been carefully thought through to make guests feel comfortable. And the hosts! Such warm, kind, and genuine people—it was a pleasure to meet them. They made us feel very welcome from the first moment. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in a quiet location with well-kept garden and pool that was cleaned every day. It matches the photos and description. The house is clean and there was everything you needed. The host is very friendly and provided fruit and water to welcome you. Although he does not speak English and we unfortunately do not speak Greek, the communication worked smoothly and he responded immediately to requests. A car is recommended as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we were very comfortable and highly recommend a stay.

Very nice place to spend your time with friends or family. The Villa is big enough for a large group of people. The pool is nice and clean, with a view to the see, and a very nice and clean yard. Kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need. Air condition in all rooms. The entire villa is very clean. Dimitris is a very nice guy, ready to help you with everything you need.

Super nice house in the countryside. The host made sure some minor issues were resolved properly. Perfect to relax and unwind in the beautiful garden. Beautiful surroundings, best to rent a car to explore everything there!

Good hostess amazing place . Eirini was always available when we needed her . The house and all the facilities was very clean . Dog friendly we had our baby 🐕 with us big yard for her to play . The experience was really nice with the projector in the jacuzzi. We will prefer it again for sure .
