A very nice apartment to enjoy all the activities in the area. The town of Bourg Saint Andéol is central to visiting the caves and gorges of the Ardèche. Communication with Philippe is very easy and makes you feel confident!

Beautiful apartment tastefully decorated, very well equipped close to everything on foot. We spent three wonderful cocooning days there surrounded by all the touches left in the cupboards for our use. Very pleasant and responsive contact. Highly recommended, modern, spacious and well equipped

Very friendly host, anticipates any difficulties that one might encounter, very responsive too. Our stay went very well. The only small downside is that the pool is not heated, and since we unfortunately encountered a very windy and cool week for early September, we could not enjoy it :/ Apart from this, everything went wonderfully :)

We had a lovely time in an ideal natural environment. The accommodation as well as the garden are large and inviting, offering a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. Check-in was easy thanks to Marie who was responsible and accommodating. The place is perfect for a group or a family (it's easy to park several cars there) and allows beautiful walks in nature or to God-the-fit. We recommend it!

Very good location, we occupied the 2 floors with 7 adults, 5 children and 3 infants for February holidays. Beautifully decorated and arranged, while remaining very functional and comfortable. Modern and very well-equipped kitchens, as for the whole accommodation, sanitary in number. The layout makes it possible to live pleasantly in groups and also to be a little more quiet. Ideal location in the city center, close to shops (SPAR 50 m away), ski shuttles, aquatic center, ice rink, ...Full of comics and games available with screen for the older ones, large entrance very convenient for winter, and dorms for children. Fluid and pleasant relations with the owners, efficient and flexible welcome from Chloe. Large garden, but we did not use (the weather was not suitable), the same for the terraces on the 1st - shed for strollers and skis

A magical house with unusual architecture, lots of light and space, decorated with a lot of stuff, placed in a way that tells stories in every corner. A nice walk leads to a river. The house is fully furnished, there is nothing lacking. A small pretty garden with plenty of seating is next to the house. We felt very comfortable and found it a pity to stay only one night.

Beautiful, modern apartment on a great location. The balcony was very useful as it saw the sunrise and the view was pleasant. Garage is good to have, although it didn’t fit our large van. St-Péray is a great village with nice boulangeries, a galette restaurant and a very nice bistro in Aux Coeurs Fidèles.

We had a great time with the family in this beautiful home. Everything was as described. Easy to access, shops nearby, very well-equipped house. Everything was great.

I spent several nights in the studio. The studio is clean, functional, very well located and the residence is quiet. I came by car and was able to park without any problem at the convention center parking lot which is close to the studio. Quentin was available and welcoming. In short, everything was perfect for me!

We had a nice stay at the apartment. Everything is as described, functional and pleasant bedding. For the games room (ping pong) provide its own equipment. Close to the city center and shuttle nearby.

La Perle studio was a wonderful place. Veronique and Pascal were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were welcomed and hosted very generously. Fresh croissants, firewood and coal for the BBQ. We had a pleasant stay at the accommodation rented by Nicolas, a welcoming and available host. Her place is a cute little apartment, very clean, well laid out with all the necessities available. Quiet residence with a pleasant green space, a sauna and ten minutes walk from the city center of Villard and 10 minutes by car from the ski slopes.

Awesome place to stay, everything was perfect. Carefully decorated, quality bedding, perfect location to do everything on foot (market, vineyard walks, cellars, chocolate city...).

The studio was perfectly located with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the view from the balcony every day, waking up to birdsong. Our dog loved the place. Jérôme and Cyril were very helpful hosts, they recommended many places to visit nearby. Thank you very much!
