Vacation rentals in Pico de Loro Cove

Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

The villa is breathtaking with modern features, clean layout, and rustic look. Though for the price, we expected it to be a bit bigger and exclusive (We were surprised to see many cars parked in the front of the villa, but we learned later on that those were paid parking). But overall our stay was good. The staff are kind and helpful. And the owner responds fast to our inquiries.

This place is so awesome, We will might come back in here because of the great experience that my family and I had along with our fur baby. The host is so nice, warm and responsive. Its our first time in pico de loro and we love our vacation in there coz we had the best unit in there.

We had a wonderful stay! Don and Darby were super responsive and even shared helpful details ahead of time to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The only slight letdown was the balcony view; we were expecting a full mountain view, but it was partially blocked due to ongoing construction in front of Jacana. Still, everything else made up for it, and this trip was definitely one for the books. Would love to book this place again in the future! P.S. Pico gets really packed during Holy Week—would recommend visiting during off-peak if you’re after a more peaceful experience.

My family had a wonderful stay in this spacious 3-bedroom condo. Rolyn was very helpful and thorough, providing clear information and instructions. She even kindly allowed us a late check-out, giving us an extra hour beyond the usual time. The unit was clean and everything was in excellent working order — the air conditioners, faucets, lights, and showers all functioned perfectly. For our group of 12, the space was very comfortable and roomy. There’s even a separate room for a yaya or driver. Kuya Lito, the caretaker, was kind and responsive. When we requested for an extra extension cord late at night, he promptly came to assist us. The host also assured us that we could reach out to Kuya Lito for any concerns or issues during our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this place! We will definitely come back.
