Charming house, beautiful environment!

We LOVED our stay in Sommervieu. The house was simply idyllic, surrounded by flowers and with a nearby (but not too close!) field of friendly cows wandering by. The house itself was very quiet, comfortable, and fully equipped, with everything one would need in the kitchen, loads of books and games, and firewood for a roaring fire. We didn’t use the bikes or outdoor seating because the weather didn’t cooperate, but would love to come back and try them someday. Sophie and François were super attentive, offering local suggestions and also pointers for when we moved on to Paris, suggesting a restaurant in Paris where we later had a delicious lunch! Thank you so much for hosting us, we hope to come back!

Far out in a small town in the countryside, Katrine's lovely house and garden, where we enjoyed being. Everything was nice and tidy. Katrine is very friendly and welcoming and she speaks Norwegian, which was wonderful for us Danes. 3-5 minutes away was another slightly larger town, with church, supermarket, two bakers, cafes and eateries. Good places with nice food and good service. Katrines house and everything else can only be recommended.

overnight stay on the road for ouessant. Convenient and very clean, although quite secluded (provide food, no restaurant or supermarket nearby). Note the very pleasant wood fire when you want to warm up

Florence was very responsive by message, the house was clean and very nice with very beautiful exteriors. I would highly recommend it!

Very well designed, charming space. Bed was comfortable and the little kitchen was very well equipped considering size. The closest beach was a scenic walk and is stunning. Booked as a convenience stop off for proximity to Cherbourg ferry terminal, but could happily have spent much longer here as a destination. We had phone/internet issues during our trip to France but helpfully Danielle was quick to communicate and was able to provide all the information we needed in advance to find the house

Very pleasant stay in this Airbnb. Very close to the dunes and the beach, easily accessible on foot, I recommend it for a few days of disconnection.

Guy and Jocelyne could not have been more friendly and welcoming. The gite is small but charming. It is very peaceful. I appreciated the fresh flowers and lovely bird life right outside the kitchen window. I will definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I would recommend staying here to anyone. Nicholas was very responsive and accommodating. After 10 days traveling in Europe as a family, it was so nice to have some space to spread out in rather than staying another night in a hotel. There was a washing machine which we took advantage of to have some clean clothes to get us through the rest of the trip. The AirBnb is in a great location! Walkable to the Bayeux Tapestry, Bayeux Cathedral and lots of great restaurants and cafes.

Beautiful apartment close to the beach, large and bright. The jacuzzi is comfortable and a real plus that we really enjoyed! The large bedroom is beautiful, but the light enters in the morning through the ceiling, it is better to have a mask on the eyes if you prefer to sleep in the dark :). Be sure to read the listing as well, since sheets and towels are not included and are available at an additional cost, which I found surprising (I missed the information in the listing text and did not appreciate it).

Spacious group accommodation, Very responsive and accommodating in terms of arrival and departure. With excellent bedroom and bathroom Small downside on the kitchen which would need to be updated.

Villa is beautiful, very practical for our families needs. Everything thought of and available from Travel cot to children’s, bikes, games. Adults were well catered for too. A lot of local information available to enable you to plan organise your days. Location is quiet but allows you to access the historical area easily either walking, bike or car for further a field. Welcome gifts very much appreciated. Claire & Yoann excellent hosts and would love to return in the future for longer next time.

A great stay by the seaside. Morgane's place is perfect! It's beautiful, clean, convenient, good location and more. The interior is very well designed, spacious and comfortable. Everything you could possibly possibly need is available. The garden is beautiful, well exposed and above all well fenced (ideal with our dog). The hot tub is the plus we would not have thought about but which we enjoyed with pleasure. The beach is very close, the town is pretty and quiet and Morgane has a good suggestion if you are looking for activities nearby. We really had a great week, thank you again to our hosts for their great place and their responsiveness in answering our questions. I would recommend it in a second!

Have a great stay at Samuel's. Beautiful well renovated house with many bedrooms, a full kitchen, a beautiful garden with pool. Lots of activities possible: ping pong, pool, darts, board games, swimming. A very nice pool house for outdoor dining. A nice place to spend a weekend with friends or families with children. Nearby, many beautiful Normandy addresses: Ouistreham, Caen, Cabourg, the landing beaches… We recommend it!

Villa ideal for a family vacation. Decorated and arranged for visitors with great care. Also very clean. There are plenty of nearby activities and places to visit. We are delighted with our stay.

This accommodation is really very pleasant in this period, quiet, very clean, bedding, very well located. close to the beach, shops are within walking distance via the sea or the street. Hauteville is in a good location, a lot of things to visit or hikes, bikes... An invigorating and at the same time relaxing stay. We highly recommend this listing.

We had a pleasant stay at Agnes's. It was a family weekend for 7 and we were like kings: the common space is great, super well suited for stays for several; each couple or person had their private space; the terrace and its quiet garden overlooking the flowering field is super nice! That was really cool!
