This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

A large, beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need. Every corner is thought out. It can't be described in 2 words, just trust my experience, this is the best apartment you can find. In addition to all this, it is located in the newest area, the houses here are illuminated with lights like in the city of the future. Here you can walk along the streets like the streets in Europe, which are very beautiful and open. You can go into any yard and admire the design. I really liked the owners too. I highly recommend!

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

Quynh Anh is an easygoing hostess. I need more fans you brought to me. You also gave me lots of delicious fresh fruits. You let me borrow a bike for transportation. Your room is well-stocked, clean and very spacious also cozy. The sun shines in the room very well on my mind. I will be back often.

The room is fragrant and clean, located upstairs in a neighborhood full of food and also quite quiet.

This facility is incredible.This is the best place to stay if you are staying in Ho Chi Minh. From the floor of your stay, the shopping mall is directly connected by a private elevator.You can go to the first floor or floor B3.From the elevator landing on the first floor, you can immediately exit to the street Lê Thánh Tôn.Grabs and taxis can also get in and out of here.The elevator on the B3 floor is just near the supermarket. Regarding the room, the night view is too nice.It is a night view of the Saigon River.The view is better than Saigon Skydeck.You can enjoy the best view from the window or from the terrace. There are many plus points to compensate for the lack of knowing how to turn on the lights or turn off the room, the ants were clogged around the water, and the deterioration of the facility. The beds were one king and two queens, but one queen mattress was hard. There are 2 showers and toilets.There is one bathtub. I thought it would be hot because it was on the upper floor, but the air conditioning worked well and I had a comfortable stay. Unlike hotels, there is no breakfast, but the city of Ho Chi Minh is early in the morning.There are many restaurants that offer great breakfast than a hotel just around the corner.There is also a convenience store circle K nearby. Going back to the beginning, I was also thinking about other luxury hotels and residences, but I think it was really nice to have decided here regardless of the location, price, and service. I would love to stay again if I stay in Ho Chi Minh City!

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Great place and great host.

I had an excellent stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and professional—any issues that came up were handled quickly and with care. The location is ideal: central enough to access everything easily, but tucked away just enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The property is patrolled by security, so it feels very safe—great for solo travelers, couples, and families alike. Street vendors aren’t allowed on the premises, which keeps the area peaceful. There are several convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, and ride services can find you easily. It’s also just a five-minute walk to District 1 by crossing the bridge right outside to get to Saigon Centre, Ben Thanh Market, Walking Street, and other popular areas! I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Fantastic spacious accommodation, lovely views and Vinhomes is a peaceful tidy and convenient area. An oasis of peace in a crazy exciting city.

We stayed for about 45 days. I was relieved that the security and convenience store were available 24 hours a day. There was a cockroach, but the host responded immediately. The process for entering the gym and replenishing daily necessities was also very quick and helpful. The host was quick to contact us, so we had a comfortable stay!

A lovely apartment in a tranquil apartment block. You feel very far away from the chaos of the city but are only a short grab away. A lovely Japanese restaurant and many others on site. The apartment was clean and spacious with a lovely view from balcony.
