Vacation rentals with a patio in Phoenix-See

We were super satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, and most importantly warm! The host is friendly and proactive, and went out of their way to get us new internet after some road work cut it for the building - not their fault or responsibility, and they still made sure we have a stable internet. Also checked up on us and whether we need any other amenities. If we visit Bochum again, this would be our choice.

A wonderful apartment! Furnished and decorated to a very high standard with beautiful artworks and well designed spaces. High ceilings, wooden floor, quirky furniture and lighting. Secluded, quiet and peaceful. The outside terrace is lovely and quiet. Highly recommend staying here. This is our second visit, last time we stayed in the equally beautiful apartment downstairs.

A great place to stay

I highly recommend it. Great amenities and comfortable beds including pillow selection. Very nice hosts, there was even a delicious espresso before departure! Just book and experience it for yourself. :)

We had three really nice days in Nina's apartment and felt super comfortable right from the start. Communication with her was totally straightforward – she was always available, responded super quickly and gave us super clear information. The apartment itself is in top condition, very clean and really nicely decorated – you can tell that she has put some thought into it. Everything worked smoothly and the handling was totally easy. It was our second stay at the apartment and we were very satisfied as last time. Very spacious, very tidy and the Arcadeon was easily accessible on foot. Communication and check-in went smoothly.

The accommodation was mega nice, I was also very happy to reach me easily by car, everything nearby very clean.

This apartment was absolutely amazing. Everything is of the highest standard, with a modern and beautiful design. The beds are very comfortable and on the kitchen you will find everything you will need for making food. The area where the apartment is located is peaceful and clean. Check-in was also very smooth — even though we arrived late at midnight, the host kindly met us in person, explained everything we needed to know, and even gave us helpful tips on what to visit. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Gorden's place for the first time. It all worked out. Super location, nice and quiet, small, cozy garden including terrace, in a few minutes' walk we were on the lake. All windows were equipped with insect screens and outdoor shutters. We (2 adults and 2 dogs) felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation. And for the crowning glory, the nice neighbor gave us fresh lily of the valley:-)
