Although the condo is located in an area of Sriracha that has no public transportation this is the perfect place to go if you want peace and quiet. The condo is actually as advertised providing cozy home like atmosphere with a spectacular panoramic ocean front view. Check was easy and Pawarintra provided perfect instructions with photos. My wife and I fell in love with the place and can’t wait until our next visit.

Beautiful little shepherd’s hut style tiny house. Really well-appointed and super clean. Great for a few days escape from Bangkok with the doggos. Nancy is super accommodating with the doggos, and has lots of recommendations for things to do near by. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Kate’s place. It was peaceful and perfect for reflection and meditation. Kate’s communication was excellent—she was responsive, friendly, and helpful, which made everything easy for us. We spent most of our time in the apartment relaxing and ordering food, and her instructions were clear and detailed. The location was quiet, private, and had beautiful views of the hills. It created a calm and relaxing atmosphere for us to enjoy. The apartment was clean, and a tidy layout. The bed was comfortable, though comfort depends on personal preference. Minor details didn’t affect our great experience of connecting with one another to figure out our next steps as a newly married couple. We recommend Kate’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. Thank you, Kate, for being such a great host. We hope to stay again in the future

We have excellent experience in Arroz private pool villa. The house is tremendously luxurious. Our family are fully enjoy with all function in the house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR GROUP TRIP.

Clean and tidy, the access to the hotel pool etc is really simple and it’s a 45 second walk

nothing to say except than great. Pakcharin provided new towels and beddings every week on request. besides that was the room supplied with everything you needed

The view is breathtaking! 😍 I spent most of my time in the room during my 4 night stay, but the sky and ocean put on a different colored show every day, especially at sunset! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The bed and sofa were comfy, and there was even a desk and lamp for working. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, even late at night. 🌟 The location is perfect, with access to a private beach. There were also lots of fun things to do nearby, all recommended by the host. 👍🏼 definitely coming back again! 🩵🩵
