Nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Beautiful apartment. Friendly host who even picked us up from train station and dropped off pretzels and bread on our first morning. Great location and easy in and out of Munich in less than half hour. Awesome coffee machine! Pantry with supplies on site too. Could not have asked for anything better. Highly recommend.

Daniels Vater hat sich sehr zuvorkommend gekümmert, auch um die Kinder. Er hat im Garten spontan einen kleinen Spielplatz aufgebaut mit Rutsche, Schaukel, Wippe, Bobby-Car, Roller, Dreirad. Das war sehr nett! Der Garten ist eingezäunt und eignet sich auch für Kleinkinder gut zum Spielen. Kein unnötiger Schnickschnack, sie können sich frei bewegen. Im gepflasterten Hof und auf der Straße (Sackgasse) können sich Kinder ebenfalls gefahrlos aufhalten.

Posto consigliato, molto comodo per compagnie di amici, unica pecca il bagno singolo in tanti un po’ difficile da gestire. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione comoda e tranquilla. Posto pulito e confortevole. Ci siamo trovati molto bene come compagnia di 8 persone. Posto consigliato per chi vuole visitare la città, anche comodo per la posizione vicina della metro a 15 min a piedi.

This was a wonderful location, 5 minute walk away from Marienplatz, Hoffbrau Haus, shops, etc. Luis provides detailed instructions for access and helpful communication. The space comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids (10&12). Beds comfortable. We had a warm week end of April and it does get a bit warm, but there are a few fans that helped for sleeping. Noise level wasn’t an issue and seemed like everyone abides pretty well by the quiet time hours.

Vor allem Katharina, ihr Mann und ihre Kinder sind extrem hilfsbereit, freundlich und einfach wunderbare Menschen. Das Haus liegt 25 bis 30 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, was für uns genau die richtige Entfernung ist. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir diesen Ort gewählt haben und nicht irgendwo im Zentrum. Im Haus steht Ihnen alles zur Verfügung, was Sie brauchen. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Märkte, die Sie bequem in nur fünf Minuten erreichen können. Wenn Sie eine wunderbare Zeit in der einzigartigen, friedlichen und ruhigen Atmosphäre eines Bauernhofs verbringen möchten, ist dies der perfekte Ort dafür. Wir hätten wirklich sehr gerne länger geblieben, aber wenn wir wieder nach München kommen, wissen wir, wo wir wohnen wollen. Wir danken Ihnen von Herzen für alles. Liebe Grüße

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, die Wohnung entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Sie war sehr sauber und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Werner ist als Gastgeber, nur zu empfehlen. Besonders seine Vorschläge für Ausflüge, waren sehr hilfreich. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub für uns. Daumen hoch für diesen Gastgeber und diese Wohnung.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich, aber mordern eingerichtet. Besonders toll fanden wir den automatischen Pelletofen, der morgens und abends für Behaglichkeit gesorgt hat. Auf eine Anfrage hat der Vermieter sofort und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Markus und Kathrin waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Unterkunft ist neu und sehr wohnlich und ausgesprochen sauber. Sinzing ist eine kleine Ortschaft im Grünen nahe Regensburg. Im Haus befinden sich 3 Wohneinheiten, die separat gemietet werden können. Die Erdgeschoß-Wohnung hat einen Garten, die beide Wohnungen im 1. Stock verfügen über einen großen Balkon. Unsere Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnungen sind mit Schallschutzfenster ausgestattet. Markus und Kathrin arbeiten und wohnen gegenüber und waren jederzeit für uns gut erreichbar. Regensburg ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 20-30min erreichbar, mit dem Auto ist es ein Katzensprung. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich war mit Freunden über Silvester dort, weil wir was in der Nähe von Langquaid gesucht haben.Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, sehr schön und geräumig. Marisa war sehr freundlich und für alle Fragen offen. top! Wir waren 6 Erwachsene u. hatten ausreichend Platz im Wohnzimmer, zum gemeinsam essen am großen Tisch und sogar Kicker spielen (auch wenn dieser sehr wackelig ist).Die Küche ist super groß und alles nötige vorhanden. Gut auch, dass Geschirrspülmittel, Tücher und Kaffee usw. alles da ist und man nicht soviel selber mitbringen muss. Von Vorteil bei so vielen Personen ist auch, dass es ein großes Bad in der Wohnung und draußen am Flur noch ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und Toilette gibt. Betten,Badetücher etc. ausreichend vorhanden. Alles in allem wirklich sehr gut.

It's a great apartment, just like in the pictures and the description. we felt good there, it has everything you need also for a long stay. the yard is also nice and very big, our cat loved it. Miriam and Toni are very receptive. Happy to come back anytime. Highly recommend.

The place was very nice and it had a very good location, the s bahn station was 3 min away by foot and edeka was nearby. The neighbourhood was very peaceful. The place was clean and it had a very cute kitchen. Everybody was clean and cozy. The host was responsive and clear.
