Besser geht es kaum! Ich habe mich gefragt, warum die Unterkunft nicht schon Monate im Voraus ausgebucht ist. Tolle Lage, wunderbare Ferienwohnung und noch großartigere Gastgeber. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen, die Gastgeber Irina und Dominik waren sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend! Die Stadt ist schnell und einfach zu erreichen und selbst wenn man nicht in die Stadt möchte ist in der Unterkunft alles gegeben um vor Ort Erholung oder Spaß zu haben.

Lovely home with beautiful yard to enjoy. Home is within a 10-15 minute walk of store and train to Munich.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

This is a beautiful, peaceful retreat just outside of Munich. The home is easy to get to - GPS will take you to the correct location. There is a parking spot for a car. Aldi & Post are a 15 min. walk. Train station is a 20-25 min. walk. With bicycles it is even faster. Trains to Munich are about every 10 min. The trains are convenient - we took day trips to Zugspitze and Salzburg. Markt Schwaben is a charming town with bakeries, ice cream shops and restaurants. The walk to some of the restaurants can be 30+ min. There is also a large bicycle store. Johann's house is delightful! It has 3 bedrooms (2 lg beds & 1 futon). There are 2.5 baths and laundry. The garden is beautiful and we watched the birds around the pond morning and night. After days of being in large crowds, this home offers a calming, private respite that was perfect for my family. Johann is responsive and I highly recommend his home. Thank you, Johann for a wonderful week!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Rosalind und ihrem Mann in Empfang genommen. Die beiden waren sehr herzliche und sympathische Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und München oder Starnberg sind sehr gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Wir waren zu 4. da und hatten ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist relativ steil und eng was für uns kein Problem war aber mit Kindern oder älteren Personen könnte das ein Thema sein. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft eine Emfpehlung!

Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren wie beschrieben und die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Umgebung angenehm ruhig . Super schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten von der Gastgeberin. Wir waren insgesamt super zufrieden und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Auszeit bei Nicole. Perfekt um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Hier hat alles gestimmt, von der Ausstattung bis hin zum Raumduft - einfach perfekt! ☺️ Besonders toll fanden wir die ruhige Lage und unser Highlight war auf jeden Fall die Sauna. Wir kommen wieder 🥳

Traumhaft schön hergerichtetes altes Haus in einem ruhigen Ort. Schöne Umgebung zum Wandern, oder einfach entspannen. Die Unterkunft selbst bietet tolle Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen (Darts oder Badminton im Garten, Musikzimmer, schöner Balkon, Terrasse, Grill, uvm.). Wir waren zu viert und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Auch zu sechst könnte man hier problemlos unterkommen. Das Bad ist modern und groß. Jörg nahm uns herzlich in Empfang und zeigte uns alles was wir wissen mussten, es ist aber auch ein flexibler Check-In über einen Schlüsseltresor möglich. Wir würden die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Schöne ruhige Lage, guter Parkplatz vorm Haus schöner Balkon.

Super freundlicher Gastgeber und sehr gute Lage, um mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt zu kommen.

My family of four had a remarkable stay at Reinhard & Friends apartment. It's in a peaceful neighborhood with many close restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment was a 10 minute walk to busses, subway or tram lines. Old Town is a gentle 40 minute walk down through some delightful areas. Parking at the nearby Rewe was a bit of a problem because of maintenance issues on the ticket kiosk. This was not Reinhard & Friend's issue, however, and wouldn't be a problem if you don't have a car. With four of us staying in the apartment it was nice having two full baths. The third bedroom must have been a family room at some point. Without that room the only area to congregate at the start and end of our day was around the kitchen table. The kitchen furniture was comfortable, and although it would have been nice to have sitting area, it didn't significantly effect our say.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Would highly recommend a stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and with all the possible amenities you could want. Ludwig provided very clear instructions, was very responsive to my messages and kindly gave us an early check in and also offered us a late check out. The house is very well equipped with everything you could want, including all the little extras such as cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, oil for cooking, spices, dishwasher tablets, plenty of toilet rolls, washing liquid and fabric softner for the washing machine. The bakery literally 2 minutes further up the road was really good and we found a couple of local restaurants that were probably was the best food we had during our stay. We hired a car and it was about 30 minutes to the centre of Munich and similar to the airport. It was a good location to explore the local area and we really enjoyed our stay there.

The host is super friendly and hospitable, always there to help and very responsive. Convenient location short walk to train station and grocery stores. The house is very new and super clean with high quality appliances and furnitures. I was able to relax and had a great stay!

Super Location, tolle Architektur, perfekte Einrichtung. Fantastisch für Design-Liebhaber. Durften sogar später auschecken, da nach uns nicht direkt wieder vermietet war. Perfekt 👍

We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Familienwochenende mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern in dem Haus. Das Haus hat uns von der Aufteilung und Ausstattung sehr gefallen. Es war alles da was wir brauchten - vor allem 2 gŕoße Tische im Wohnraum und auf der Terasse an denen wir gemeinsam essen konnten. Für größere Gruppen wirklich gut geeignet. Sehr schön fanden wir auch die Nähe zum Wald, dem Naturseebad und Park mit schönen Spielmöglichkeiten für Groß und Klein. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, which is just a 25-minute drive from the center of Munich. The location was perfect for us – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were fantastic – very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base near Munich. We would be happy to stay here again!

Wir haben uns in dem neu renovierten Haus wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es hat gut gerochen,war sehr sauber, es gab sogar Espresso,einen Milchaufschäumer und Tee, Essig,Öl und Gewürze. In der nächsten Ortschaft gibt's einen Bäcker und Restaurants. Die ländliche Gegend hat uns gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend,waren gut erreichbar und konnten uns gute Tipps geben. Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende.

Tolle, mit viel Charme (Holz ist toll) und sehr familienfreundliches Haus. Es trifft alles zu, wie es Markus der Gastgeber beschreibt. Drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder hatten genug Platz und viel Spaß in diesem Haus. Danke. Immer wieder gerne.

Das kleine Paradies von Barbara und Günther war der perfekte Ort für unsere Erholung! Die sehr freundlichen Hausbesitzer haben uns herzlich empfangen, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich am Rande des Waldes, was eine wunderbare Gelegenheit zum runterkommen anbietet. Die Ausstattung entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern; das Haus ist sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Kinder können in der Scheune Spielzeug und eine Schaukel finden. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft herzlich weiter, vor allem für all diejenigen, die nach Erholung und Entspannung vom alltäglichen Stress suchen. Ein wahrhaftig kleines Paradies!
