A lovely villa but just a little way away from coral bay. If you don’t have a car you’ll need be constantly be getting cabs but the villa was lovely and I don’t have a bad word to say about it. Air con throughout, lovely and modern. My wife got ready there for the wedding and she had no complaints. Even stood the test of an earthquake, so that’s always good. But all in all. A lovely villa, could easily stay there for an entire holiday, just need a car. Would recommend it to friends but maybe needs an ironing broad.

We had a wonderful stay here in Cyprus! The villa is modern, well equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Especially the large terrace with sea view was a highlight – ideal for enjoying the sunset. The location is also perfect. Just minutes from beautiful beaches and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and immediately helped us with questions. I was surprised that you can already use the pool at this time of year, but we were really lucky with the weather and the house offers everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience Cyprus at its best!

Great location! Peaceful neighborhood with one of the best beaches in Cyprus within a pleasant 5 minute walk. The villa has everything you need for an amazing relaxing vacation; very nice and big private backyard with a pool and a great chill area, fully equipped kitchen, a fire pit and bbq area, and 3 spacious and air conditioned bedrooms. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful with all of our inquiries and requests! We had an amazing family vacation and would definitely come back!

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect setting- wonderful spacious sun terrace with amazing views - extremely comfortable beds -hot shower always -well equipped kitchen, plenty towels - great air con Mellittas home is well cared for and in a very peaceful setting with great access to the beach for swimming and also in a great position for a stroll/ run into Polis or a coffee/meal at Latchi harbour we also hired cycles and the local area is very accessible We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & highly recommend the apartment We also had our daughter and partner stay with our granddaughter for a week and plenty of living space for us all Altogether a wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation thank you Melitta

vanos and Fanie's apartment is very nice and clean with all the necessities,and fits the description well. The pool is a plus. We recommend it without hesitation and we'll be back with pleasure. The hosts are considerate. We enjoyed this diverse stay with visits to beautiful ancient sites, villages,beautiful beaches.

Second summer there so that speaks for itself. We love the place and we love the owners hospitality. Everything is clean, rooms kitchens pool area! Definitely coming back!

The suite is more a large hotel room than an apartment but it is extremely confortable and cosy. The balcony is very pleasant to take the breakfast in, the equipment is new, the beds perfect and the cleanliness impeccable. It is definitely a place worth to stay in Platres!
