Beautiful well-kept house on the edge of Abbeville, parking for car and bicycles in enclosed courtyard. Ideally located to explore the bay and valley of the Somme by bike with the handy junction map (free to obtain at the tourist office). The house is very well maintained and the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery, pans, ...

the amenities are really the most of this place, billiards, table tennis, petanque court, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The cardre is beautiful, and very quiet. Practical accommodation re functional. All with a very friendly and always available host. We'll be back!

Great stay in Miannay, charming village in a good location between Abbeville and the Baie de Somme. Good communication with Philippe and very functional and cute accommodation.

Very well-appointed, comfortable studio in a quiet area, beautiful garden and the host is very welcoming I recommend it!

The host is very responsive and accommodating. She greeted us on our arrival and explained everything well. The first night, we encountered a hot water problem, and as a goodwill gesture, she kindly offered to let us stay until early afternoon, which allowed us to wait for our train calmly. Very nice and considerate. The cottage is spacious, located near the Jeanne d'Arc promenade and the medieval city center.

Small but functional and perfectly located. Aurélie welcomed us in person which is very nice. At your disposal is a complete binder of recommendations, addresses, places to visit, restaurants, useful numbers... The terrace/garden is sunny and pleasant, the view from the master bedroom is unobstructed and you can even see the sea! The dining area in the kitchen is a little cramped for 3 adults but the kitchen is well equipped as well as the rest of the accommodation. A great place for a short stay in the heart of Mers-les-Bains.

We had a very pleasant weekend, everything was there, including the sun! The house is superb, very practical and very well-equipped for a weekend with friends, the garden is quiet, well-maintained and very pleasant. The sea is easily accessible on foot, ideal for walks. Plus, the bedding is comfortable. Thank you Anne for hosting us!

There are places where you immediately feel: yes, this is good. We had that in Criel-sur-Mer. The cottage is nice and quiet, close to the beach and within walking distance of a bakery and supermarket – exactly what you want after a day on the road. Inside, it immediately felt good: clean, cozy and equipped with every comfort. No unnecessary fuss, just everything you need to land. But what made it really special was Claire. What a top hostess – sharp, friendly and always available if there was anything. Everything was arranged: soft towels, good Wi-Fi, smooth check-in... you can tell from everything that she does this with attention and pleasure. We enjoyed the large garden, the silence, and the convenience of everything at hand. If we go that way again, we'll book with Claire again without thinking. This was not an ordinary stay, this felt like coming home in Normandy

The house was great for our family gathering. We had 10 people in the house and there was more than enough space for all of us. It had a great open space downstairs for us to gather in the evenings. We would highly recommend this house to anyone.

We had a great time at Sandrine's place. The villa is spacious and very well furnished, it feels immediately like home! It is in a very good location, in a quiet area, in the city center, in 10 minutes you are at the port and you can also easily reach the top of the cliffs by a series of stairs. Sandrine is a very friendly and welcoming person, as is her daughter who took care of our arrival. Communication was easy and smooth. We recommend the Family Villa and we will gladly go back ourselves :)

Great house for a family vacation. The layout of the rooms gives it all its character. The view from the house is simply beautiful from sunrise to sunset. Access to the beach is quick.

This is an absolute gem of a place. It accommodated our families with five children under seven with comfort and the facilities were superb. I cannot recommend this house more highly for a relaxing, fun place to be for a week! Thank you Sabrina for your hospitality.

We had a very nice stay at Philippe's place, it is very clean perfect for a family with children,toys are available for little ones, baby stuff is fine too. There was nothing missing, we felt like we were at home. Great location we had beautiful weather very nice landscape.

Discover the region, Maison de la Baie de Somme, Saint Valery, Le Crotoy, Mers... all nearby. Villa la Paix will meet your expectations. Don't hesitate, book quickly, you'll be delighted.

Very pleasant accommodation, clean with everything you need to have a good time. It is 300 m from the pebble and sand beach, a peaceful setting and a quiet location. Glad our Roulfi enjoyed the lawn and walks as well. And a highly responsive Hostess. We'll be happy to go back!

A host and a house worth recommending! The house is very nice and very well-equipped. The rooms are cozy. The stairs are a little steep but we were warned. We also took full advantage of the very well maintained garden. A big thank you to Florence for hosting us and for her availability!!
