Amenities: Plasma TV, air condition within every room, wireless Internet, surrounding alarm system, electric shutters and windows, washing machine and dryer, Stereo Home Cinema, DVD, and Satellite connection all ready for your disposal. Also there is privet parking lot. Great location: If you are looking for a nice area, close to shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants, this is the place for you. Ramat HaSharon is a wonderful city bordering from north Tel Aviv and from east Herzliya. The beach of Herzliya is around 5 km away. Ramat HaSharon is also of the Israel Tennis Center. Huge villa close to Tel Aviv and sandy beaches. Only 15 minutes driving to Tel Aviv and Herzliya, 45 to Jerusalem. 300 m living space, 3 floors with 2 balconies, huge gorgeous kitchen, fully air-conditioned, piano. 2 large gardens with fruit trees, big trampoline. Optic wifi -1000 mb. There is an underground shelter (Miklat) in the basement of the house. A supermarket and a swimming pool within walking distance. We love our beautiful home and will do everything to make your stay here perfect!

We had a wonderful week long stay at Andre’s place. It is tucked away and overall quiet and private. The space is very large especially for its proximity to Tel Aviv. It’s an easy 15 minute bike ride to the beach and surrounded by a beautiful green park with plenty of walking paths. There’s also a cute coffee shop right around the corner that stays open on Shabbat. Overall great stay. Would happily book again

Hemi's house has such a good energy. Spotless clean and was very orginaized to all of my needs. Had a really good time, the garden is really peacfull! House is located 7 minutes walk from the beach which was super comfortable. Thank you for everything!

We were a large family including adults and young children and we had a great time in the villa that met all expectations. The interior of the house,garden and pool were very clean. Shimi was available all the time and communication with him was excellent. There was a decent value for the price and we would go back there in the future.

Thank you Michal and Adi for a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The house was clean, comfortable, fully equipped, with a lot of space. The pool was beautiful! And large, and squeaky clean. The kids had wonderful time and so did we. Wish we could have spent more time there. Hopefully next time :-)
