Place was nice, although the location besides the road, but at night ambience was very quiet and comfy. Each room quite spacious, well-fit for at least 6-8 people. Definitely will be back for next occasion

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Great place, clean and affordable

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

We especially loved the stunning views from the balcony, the convenient location close to the Mall’s and the host's warm hospitality. I had a great one-month stay at Sieny and Michael's place. The two-bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed. The work desks, big smart TV, and stable WiFi were perfect for both work and relaxation. The bed was comfortable, and the location was ideal – close to Aeon Mall. All the essentials were provided, like water, soap, toilet paper, and more. The self check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. Communication with the hosts was smooth, and they were very helpful. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for hosting me.

Just what we needed for a week's stay in Jakarta! Brilliant location and access to the Mall is probably the highlight, saved us so much time, eliminating the hassle of navigating the busy J streets. The gym and pool are very well maintained - we love to use them daily. We had a minor issue with the bathroom, but the owner was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was taken care of. Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. It boasts a very high level of accommodation and surroundings even in Jakarta. The swimming pool, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are all very good. A place I'd like to stay again next time.

Had a great 5 night stay here while getting a visa in Jakarta. Felix was very responsive and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a nice view on the 38th floor, and a good safe place on the north side of Jakarta. Thanks!
