As described for the room and other rooms, clean. Pros: very responsive host, close to mall and security is friendly and helpful. Cons: It takes more effort to find a car parking lot, especially during office hours with typical Jakarta parking rates. It won't be a problem if you don't bring a car.

We especially loved the stunning views from the balcony, the convenient location close to the Mall’s and the host's warm hospitality. This property is very convenient for people who have meetings or activities to do around Central Park Mall or Neo Soho, as it is directly connected to those malls. The place is clean and it has everything we needed - kitchen, TV with netflix, and a small living room. My family, especially our small kids enjoyed the huge swimming pool and kids friendly amenities such as the indoor playground during our stay. We will definitely stay again when we return to Jakarta. A very comfortable place just as described. Host Irma was very helpful and made the stay feel like home. The unit was very clean and fully equipped there were even snacks and complete cooking utensils provided. The amenities were excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Jakarta. I brought a car and appreciated the free parking space provided, which made things very convenient. Access to Kota Kasablanka Mall is easy on foot through a special entrance for residents.

This is our second time staying at the host’s listing because we had such a great experience the first time around. was beyond expectation. The unit was pristine with new kitchen appliances and utensils. Netflix and the fast internet made our stay cozy. The main reason we chose to stay again was its convenient location, it’s walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia and the MRT stop. There’s also wonderful building facilities, open-air swimming pool, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the gym which view was overlooking then whole city. Also thanks to our friendly host for recommending a the best local food around the area.

It's a comfortable stay at Ozal's aparment. It's clean, convenient and fully-equiped. Ozal is thoughtful when he prepared everything which you may need: + All sockets are round --> he prepared 2 adapters with multiple cables. + There were 2 mornings (I stayed 3 nights = 3 wake-ups), I woke up at 4AM ~ 5PM because of a loud praying sound from a nearby speaker --> He prepared many earplugs. When I first saw it on the first day, I wondered why he prepared these earplugs, then I had answers on the next morning. Overall, it's a nice and convenient stay.

The best unit we can find in BSD. Location: 30 steps from AEON Mall - literally, only separated by a gate. Cleanliness is superb, spotless & everything is well organized. Didn't get to use the kitchen but it's well equipped. The Tower it self is very well maintained, lifts working properly and the staff are friendly. Huge pool area and playing ground which is great addition. The hosts, Shimon & Jaqueline are very communicative, giving clear instructions for check in & check out. the YouTube short for check in info also very helpful. Overall this is recommended 3BR apartment in BSD. Would stay here again in future. Thanks S & J 👍
