Family-friendly vacation rentals in Perth

The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults a toddler and baby. It was well equiped, spacious, family friendly, well furnished with a great kitchen and lovely bathrooms. The back yard covered deck and barbecue were perfect for casual meals and get togethers with extended family and friends. The hosts seemed to have thought of everything including some toys for our toddler. It really was like home. We hope to stay here again on our next family get together. Communication was very good and gave us peace of mind that this part of our trip was going to be pain free. We would highly recommend this property and host.

It was a pleasant stay at Cameron’s. The house had everything a family needs for a short stay. The location is quaint yet strategically located for where we need to be during this trip. Highly recommended!

The view is magnificent. It is only a couple blocks from an IGA. We stayed while attending a conference at the conference center. It was a pleasant half hour morning walk to the conference center. It is a couple blocks from the free CATS bus route so access is easy. Evelyn and Andrew were proactive in checking that everything was OK. A great place to stay.

A great location looking over the ocean, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Well set up.

Everything was fantastic! Easy to find, check in, and check out. All exactly as advertised. Would stay here again if I’m back in Perth!

Very spacious private and clean. Wish I had time to use the awesome spa bath at the back and enjoy the outdoor area too.. large and bright rooms with soft sheets. Host was responsive and quick, dealt with issues raised promptly. Can’t thank them enough for making our stay extra comfortable. Will stay again next time!

Very friendly host, had things for breakfast on the stay. And I also had things you could take and then pay him. In general everything was very good. She greeted us very pleasantly.

Carmen was very friendly and helpful, and gave us some advice and cooler bag for our days out. Her place was tidy and quiet, a little bit far from main Fremantle area but an easy bus trip away

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Very comfortable, lots of space and within walking distance to a gorgeous beach! Perfect location between Cottesloe and Fremantle! Would definitely stay at this property again! Very special and great communication with the hosts!

The villa was clean, quiet, comfortable and 200m walk to a well stocked Coles Local supermarket. it was also very close to the CBD, all of which is exactly what we needed. There's also a lovely little courtyard to enjoy meals in. Linda was friendly, approachable and responsive when we contacted her. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The house was extremely clean and well fitted out. Photos depict it well. Plenty of room for many people. Just a short drive to shops and attractions; easy to get to. Yes you need a car, but I don’t think you would come here if you didn’t have one. That said, it’s an extremely easy short walk to magnificent beach and coastline. Any contact with Anita was courteous and responded to promptly. Can thoroughly recommend this property and host.

Thomas was a very relaxed and welcoming host, and seemed totally unfazed when he met my 65kg Newfoundland dog. The accomodation is very smart but at the same time practical for anyone bringing their dog with them. I used to live in Subiaco and would recommend that area as a great base for anyone visiting Perth for the first time. Thomas' place is in the perfect spot in Subiaco, within walking distance of all the main attractions. I would recommend this accommodation unreservedly.

We have stayed with Dave and Brenda before, Amaroo is the perfect location for us. Accomodation is very private with lovely pool and own courtyard. Immaculate, with everything you need for a comfortable stay and an easy walk to the beach and parks. We look forward to staying with them again.

Very clean place. Mattresses are very comfortable to sleep on. Parking spot for unit 9 is quite tight but manageable. Checking in from the back door so you have to go inside of the house to find the light switches.

Such a beautiful place and surroundings. Perfect location and has everything that you could possibly need. Jane is a wonderful host and nothing was ever too much. Pool was incredible and I could not recommend sunrise enough, cannot wait to hopefully return.

Amazing little Cottage in East Freo, great neighbourhood with plenty to do! The space is bigger than it looks and has everything you need and more! The pool is a great bonus for little ones and adults too in the warmer months for use! We absolutely loved our time here in the area and Debbie had been an amazing host the entire time! Highly recommend this place if looking to stay in the area!

I had a great stay at the apartment. The location is fantastic and very convenient if you are there for a conference at the conference centre. Kings Park is close by as well. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need!

Situated in MosmanPark, close to beach, easy access to CBD (Victoria St or MosmanPark st). Replacement buses during maintenance run without delays. Getting to the gym is challenging (I went to Claremont SnapFitness), there aren't gyms nearby. There’s a well-stocked and affordable Coles close. Ideal for who want to live near the ocean (we started surfing at NorthFreo). Beaches from North Freo to Cottesloe within walking distance along coastal path. House in excellent condition and well equipped, extra amenities, not essential but appreciated. We encountered an electrical issue with the USB socket, but owners resolved it promptly. Area expensive but it's worth every penny. There isn't a washing machine, but a laundry area on the ground floor. We couldn’t use the pool in this period, but we enjoyed at the beach. Sixth floor, don't leave clothes out without clothespins (too windy). There’s a tree in front of the apartment that attracts plenty of birds and parrots and kookaburra, wonderful!

Wonderful, really nice and very hospitable hosts. We felt right at home in the beautiful private space and gorgeous gardens. Perth hills never disappoint not only due to its beauty, but also the kind and friendly people. Sally and her husband are wonderful people whose home is set in a wonderful picturesque landscaped garden. We wished we could have stayed a bit longer to get to know them more. Will definitely be back when next we’re in the hills on a holiday.
