Vacation rentals with a patio in Perth and Kinross

This was my second stay at Evelyn's place, and it was just as fantastic as I remember it! It feels luxurious, comfortable, and homey all at once. Evelyn and Chris are so quick to respond, and they love the Pitlochry area so they have lots of recommendations. Bed is very comfy, the TV is huge and easy to stream Netflix on, kitchen is fully stocked and very clearly labeled, instruction manual is clear and organized... I could go on. As for the neighborhood and location, Pitlochry is a charming town with lovely shops and restaurants and a train station within minutes' walk of Evelyn's place, and it's an amazing base from which to explore the Scottish Highlands! Very centrally located. You cannot go wrong with Pitlochry or with Evelyn's place.

This property is right in the middle of the Aberfeldy which has loads of good eating places and local bars, the house itself was really clean and well set out the guys loved there stay here and would return if down in the area again. Thanks again Gareth

Marie’s flat is a fantastic place to stay for a visit to Perth! Convenient and centrally located yet quiet with private parking it offers everything you need for a short stay, The standard of the flat is excellent and it is spotlessly clean. Thank you so very much Marie!

Beautifully and harmoniously designed flat which was a real pleasure to spend time in. Enjoyed all the mod cons including under floor heating in the bathroom and very well appointed kitchen. The master bedroom is wonderfully spacious as is the main living area. Situated above the amazing destination 'Wee Bookshop' - one of the finest independent bookshops in Scotland and in the heart of Dollar with lots of independent shops and walks from the doorstep. Highly recommend.

Had a warm welcome from Zoe. The loft wad clean and very dog friendly. Nice secure courtyard we took our puppies with us. The stairs to the loft are a wee steep. we only stayed overnight. will return if passing that way again.

Unfortunately we were just passing through Perth so we will aim to come back and explore the city next time!

Such a cute place, room enough for four. right in the center of one of the most beautiful small towns in Scotland. The 'co-op' one block away is the best priced grocery store. And the castle up the hill is the most beautiful in the whole country. Access the castle by walking along a lovely we town with a tree lined stream with cute bridges and then into Castle Campbell Glen. Great place for a holiday.

We had a great time staying here! There was lots of communal space, and a great kitchen for catering for so many people! It was wonderful to have a bathroom attached to every bedroom. Crieff had all the shops we needed a short drive away, and the area was lovely to explore.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Perth verbracht. Bei durchgehend traumhaftem Wetter konnten wir den fantastischen Garten genießen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Besonders schön ist der Balkon mit Blick über Perth. Es war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die verschiedenen Highlights Schottlands zu erkunden. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Bartlomiej is a brilliant Airbnb host, went the extra mile for us when our vehicle broke down. The house was lovely and clean with everything you would need available. Will definitely visit again

Really nice spacious cottage, very well-equipped and easy to live in for a few days. the balcony was delightful, perfect for an evening whisky.

We had a great family visit at the Kennels and would definitely recommend it to others. Very comfortable house with space for all to sit and relax. The kids enjoyed the snug at the back of the kitchen

What a spot! The accommodation was exactly as described, well appointed, loch views, loads of space, super comfortable, amazing! We had the best time and will definitely be looking to return. We had a wonderful stay apartment private and very cozy ,attention to detail everywhere I couldn’t fault anything as it was well equipped with all you need and walking distance to town about 15 minutes or taxi ride which costs about £5 not too bad . We had a lovely break away and Bartek was very easy to contact when needed . I would highly recommend this apartment .

Susan’s place was absolutely beautiful and set in a perfect location. It was spotless, cosy and we were greeted with a thoughtful note and some goodies including a bottle of fizz and a treat for our daughter. It was the perfect place for us to enjoy our first mini-break as a new family of 3. The flat was well kitted out for family use, with a travel cot, games and bath toys. Would recommend to anyone & would be delighted to stay again. Thank you!

Our stay over the Christmas holiday was fantastic and made even more amazing by our hosts who went the extra mile to make our holiday extra special. The added touches of a Christmas tree and decorations, Christmas hamper and hot chocolates made our stay feel like home. The apartment was perfect for our holiday: modern, comfortable, nicely decorated and most importantly very clean which made staying in a pleasure on a rainy day. The view over the river was a real treat: seeing the river change with the weather, watching birds and catching the odd glimpse of otters was a great experience for the children. We would like to thank our hosts for giving us all an amazing home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at Alyson's gorgeous home to celebrate our 21 year anniversary - the place is spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay - we especially loved the adequate room to hang all our clothes in the built in wardrobe and also having another cupboard beside the entrance to store our coats a walking boots etc was fab! (a place for everything). Alyson is so lovely and made us feel so welcome - great communication and really appreciated all the wee extras she provided. Perfect location to explore Pitlochry and surrounding areas like the Queens View, Port na Craig, the Festival Theatre etc etc - we also loved that it's only a short walk away from our favourite restaurant - The Auld Smiddy Inn, the food and vibe is amazing there. We have recommended this beautiful home to our family and friends and will definitely book again in the future.

Excellent stay - red squirrels and deer spotted in the garden during our visit and a very cosy spot to relax after a day's walking in the mountains. Pitlochry is a little touristy but the place is nicely tucked away, access to a supermarket was very helpful and the location is ideal as a base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Ben Vrackie is walkable from the door and there are plenty of great hikes to choose from with a quick drive. Lyn and her husband were helpful and welcoming hosts but mostly left us to ourselves, which was perfect!
